Really poor customer service!!
Really poor customer service!!! I ordered a Jacquemus bag which I received damaged so I contacted the customer service to ask for a new bag so I would return the damaged one. They said they didn’t have it in stock an gave me a discount code instead for my next order. I wanted to receive a discount on the damaged bag instead and they never answered again. So in returned the bag and still haven’t got my money back!! It already arrived there two weeks ago! Can’t recommend this shop at all. I’ve opened a PayPal case now to get my money back
Very bad customer service
I made a purchase and I want to send my order back. There is no return page to send my order back. The customer service never replies. I am waiting for an email from them and nothing. I am worried about my refund.
My girlfriend's daughter was thrilled to death!
My girlfriend's daughter had her name on a wait list for months to buy a specific Chylak purse. I decided to buy it for her for Christmas but didn't like the idea of her receiving it months later. Monnier (and only Monnier) had one. So I bought it. Then I read the reviews and was a bit stressed. I purchased it with express shipping (1-2 days). The purse arrived in remote Wales about 27 hours later. She was thrilled to death!! Next time I need a similar item, I will look at Monnier's website first!
edited this to add: if you have concerns about this company, why not just use paypal which will give you a quivk resolution if needed.

Impossible to return products
The customer service does not reply. There is no way to return the products.
Multiple bad experiences are reported in the last weeks (check comments on Google, Instagram or Trustpilot).
The site continues to make big discounts. I fear they will soon close their door.

I am still awaiting to receive this item that was ordered early November. I have emailed the company to chase up delivery. Unfortunately I can’t get a response to my email either. I can only asume this company is a scam due to no delivery of item or response to my email.

After I purchased a product, they rescinded the order due to the item being the last one and seemed to be defective. I had hoped that a premium online seller would be more attentive to the quality of their items, and simply not listing the item on the site for purchase. I will most likely not purchase from this site in the future.

I contact them on their website, leave messages and order details THREE TIMES, and sent back the picture by email FIVE TIMES but no one replied!!! I tried canceling my order minutes after placing it but couldn’t reach anyone by phone so I had to email and wait two days to find out they couldn’t help me. However, the email stated that I’d be able to refuse the delivery due to it requiring a signature. Well, no such luck, the package was dropped off yesterday NO signature required. Very frustrating. Now I have to deal with requesting a return label and DHL. Arrrg!

Put a UK size 4 pair of shoes in my basket to buy, had an order confirmation for a size 7.5?! I'm now £50 down with no option to cancel the order but to email and wait for a response. By which time, the order will probably be here and I'll have to pay to send back!
