It was okay, found the product I liked, it took some time to be delivered more than the promised so 3 days after, I had misplaced the code for a discount and they offered me but did not recognize it becasue it was an after the checkout, other that i go the product.

My shopping experience was pretty easy and just like any other online shopping experience. The product came pretty quickly too which I loved!

Got a very good deal/discount on a pair of Aasics trainers. Fit, style and quality are top notch.

I had a great experience ordering from Monnier Paris. The ordering process went smoothly and my order was easy to track and arrived in time.

I purchased a bag but received the wrong bag in same brand and colour to what I ordered. Customer service was very helpful I contacted me regularly in order for the issue to be sorted, and the ending result they offered me 10% off refund on the received item.

I purchased a pair of Zadig & Voltaire boots and on receipt decided they didn’t suit me. Having tried them on once, on carpet, I repackaged the boots exactly as I received them and sent back a few days later. I received an email from Customer Service saying they reject the refund as there are scratches on the soles. I did NOT damage the boots but unfortunately can not prove this. Check your product as soon as you receive it and take a photo if defective. I made the mistake of not doing so and they are refusing to refund me. I am so upset as these must have been defective when sent to me. But sadly I can not prove this. Please do not purchase from this website.

Hundreds of online shopping experiences finally made me encounter the most disgusting website. I bought an Isabel marant bag on this website. After receiving the bag, I found that there was dirt on the bag belt, and the whole bag seemed to be overstocked in the warehouse for hundreds of years. I packed the bag immediately, but I didn't send it back until a few days later because of the exam week. However, when Monnier received the package, they refused to refund with the damaged belt. I really can't imagine the ‘excellent customer service’ of this company. Their terms requires customers to return the defective goods within 48 hours, and this term is very hidden. In addition, they ‘kindly’ provided one-year warranty for their goods. But when I expressed my appeal, I hoped that they would help me repair it if it could not be refunded. They began to deny their terms, saying it was the responsibility of the brand.

I really can't imagine that this website relies on this kind of method to sell goods. And I noticed that many people had similar experiences. They provide defective goods to customers, and force customers to defend their rights with very hidden, disgusting and spurious terms. No matter how you explain to the customer service, they are always very patient to ignore your demands.

I was extremely skeptical because of the many negative reviews, but ultimately very pleased and would recommend purchasing through Monnier Paris. I saved a lot of money and they made it to Ohio, US within 5 days of purchase! Wow!

***I will say *carefully read* through sizing descriptions - I bought a pair of shoes according to the EU to US sizing chart they provide, but received a pair 2.5 sizes too small 😬 I wound up reading the fine print that some brands use their own sizing chart - the 2nd pair I ordered was perfect. Luckily, I reached out to their customer service & they were quick to help start the return process.
