Unfortunately I have to return my bracelet because it's too large, but I am completely satisfied with speed and care of shipment as well as with customer care.

the process and delivery were great and quick, unfortunately they are not to my wives liking so i need to return and there isn't any returns label enclosed in the box do i have to go on line to get this?

Waited months for the bag I wanted to come in stock and was so excited to order it. When the parcel arrived I was so excited. Opened it to find a pair of trainers and a cap. Devastated. Was told I would just have to have a refund as they couldn't be bothered to locate the bag. I actually cried I was so upset. Tried to put in a complaint but no manager is ever available. Please don't support this company
Edit: They told me they had found my bag but it is now August 15th and there's no sign of it. I originally ordered it back in June :(
Edit: It's now 1st of September and my bag has just arrived and it's gorgeous, just a shame it took so long. Thank you

Bag received from France to Texas was super fast and was in perfect condition. Price was 40% less than I would’ve paid in the USA plus this bag isn’t available in the states.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never leave reviews but this companies customer service is horrendous. I received my order, the item was damaged, I sent it back with the return label that was included in the parcel. 2 months later, yet to receive my refund. When I contacted them, they told me that they never included a return label and that they don't use DPD (even though item arrived via DPD), they refused to give me a refund even though I had tracking to prove I sent it and that they refused the delivery. So unhelpful, basically called me a liar. They have the worst customer service, they never had a manager available to speak too. Do not purchase from this company, I would have rather paid a little extra and purchased in the UK. Absolute worst, don't know how they can treat customers like this, awful service.

I love shopping from Monnier Paris! It's got great variety of brands and offers all year round. The express delivery takes 1-2 days and the MP box is a keepsake!

The service I have received from this company has been extremely poor. My goods arrived 6 weeks late. The customer service representative Sarah has been extremely unhelpful throughout the process - in fact quite rude.
There is no manager available to speak to ever, there is no complaints procedure in the company and their English is very poor.
I would advise anyone to read this before ordering to the UK or you might be waiting 6 weeks for your parcel to arrive and then be faced with ignorant staff. A truly awful experience.
