Again I’m still waiting for documents to be verified and my withdrawal to be processed ive had enough of the dead excuses and the lies I’ve sent them more then enough documents over the last 2 weeks to be able to confirm who I am!!!

Awful experience.. never had issue withdrawing now all of sudden one over £1000 been waiting nearly a week for withdrawal. I'm all verified they tell me 3 working days time frame now they have blocked account and not replying to emails. What do I do?

Absolutely disappointed of their customer service and casino!! After spending 2000 won £3000. Been waiting 15 days and still my funds pending. They requested documents for verification sent them straight away. Been sending emails and contacting the chat.Getting back excuses with their departments. Been told my case is raised up that’s and will be looked into it. They stopped replying back to my emails and the chat representative automatically closing the chat! Awful experience ever!

Registered my account on 24-4-21.Turned out to be my lucky day. Made a withdrawal request the next day and uploaded my documents as requested. After reading the reviews I was concerned that the process would be lengthy. I raised my concerns with customer support after a few days due to the lack of any updates. To my delight on the 29-4-21 only 4 days later £18'000 landed in my Paypal account. My experience with customer support is a positive one and happy to continue using Monster in the near future.

This site is a scam. I have been waiting over a month for my £2,000 withdrawal. The phones don’t work live chat just fob me off and when emailing you get a generic response and nothing more. Stay far away from this site!!!!!

I won a substantial amount of money and have recieved all the Winnings, the withdrawal process is slow (3 weeks) however they did everything as they said they would, Customer Support were great and patient with my endless daily request for updates.

I have £2500 in winnings but they just won’t pay out, keep asking for documents! Hopefully will pay out this week! Anybody know what I do to get my money Iam worried they won’t pay! They have also restricted my account

Been waiting 15 days for withdrawal restricted my account no reason got a withdrawal that’s been pending keep getting told it’s with documents department wait all’s I’ve done is wait and I’m sick of it has anyone had any similar problems if so how long did this take to solve

Do not use, i won £400 and they just won't pay it out, they are asking for documents that do not exist.

Worst casino I've ever had the opportunity of playing, games are good and I even won £1700 but the service is far from good, took an age to get a reply, uploaded documents as requested then others were needed so more time before I could withdraw and as for the online chat, so frustrating you fill in your details to enter the chat and have to confirm them all again olly to review a generic reply that's been passed to the right team who will contact you in up to 72 hrs. After all that and my withdrawal finally processed my account is now restricted with no reason why except that's been passed to the relevant dept who will email you in upto 72 hrs. Charlatans!!!!!!!!!

Total scam definitely avoid never win on any money I deposit but won £50 on bonus money which it took off me and then said I never won it even tho I sent them screen shots spoke to customer service which advised me to email my screen shots got a reply asking my details and that was it nothing else waste of time I will be sticking with jackpot joy awfull scamming site !!

I would give 0 if I could got my free £5 bonus money and turned it into £1200 after meeting the wagering requirements of over £400 odd they took the whole amount and gave me £5 actual cash how on earth does that work

Avoid its not worth the hassle, been waiting nearly a month for a withdrawal. Withdrawal team doesn't work weekends and get the same message pumped out on live chat everytime you try. Other casinos payout same day/24 hours.

Withdrawl is way too long to process . it was easy to verify though for once i didnt have to send of half a dozen verification documents .

Never have I had such difficulties withdrawing. I haven’t used the casino for two to three years and logged in to give it another try. I asked straight away on the live chat if they could update my address as I had moved some time ago. They said to send proof of the new address soon and just continue to play which I did. When I actually won, I tried to withdraw and they blocked me from this as they said as per T&C’s I needed to update the address before I played! Currently waiting to see it this can be resolved or whether it needs to be escalated for a decision from an independent body.

If I could give zero stars I would. Same as everyone else. Been waiting on substantial withdrawal for two weeks. Same email response that it has been passed to relevant team, allow one working day. Worst customer service Ever! I suggest putting more people on withdrawal team and less in customer service. Every email is responded to within the hour but seems no one else works there. No attempt to prove they are attempting to sort this.

Seriously I would not bother. Is one of the worst I have come across. Payouts are awful. Can spend over 100 on one slot with no bonus or large win in one night. Seems scammy, get win when you first join then nothing.

I went to withdraw £900 after spending ALOT with them and they made me upload documents 9 days ago.

When you go on live chat they tell you the documents team haven't looked at your documents yet. Copy and Paste, Repeat, Copy and Paste. Then they will tell you there is something wrong with your documents. It's an endless loop.

There is someone sat on live chat 24 hours a day waiting to help you make a deposit but the documents team (who are vital to making a withdrawal) don't work for 9 days.

Avoid. Shameful and Scammy. There are much better professional casinos out there. Absolutely shocking. I can't believe in this day and age and with the world how it is these types of companies are allowed to operate. It's very depressing.
