Absolute rubbish. Took the order and payment then it appears the whole thing has shut down. Website down for maintenance ???, no-one answering phones and no reply to emails. Now left to bank to chase for refund.

I fear they are close to or actually in insolvency as they are have been taking payments but not dispatching goods after 2 weeks. Telephone calls are unanswered or just cut off , emails solicit no response and website is down "For Maintenance"!!!
Caveat Emptor!!

Sad to say I've had an order with this company for two weeks now with no response from them. I'm really surprised as the reviews all looked so positive, I can't understand what's gone wrong there....Refund now being initiated via PayPal.

I have placed an order which hasn't arrived. Website is down and no one is answer the phone. Bit worried as I have a second order due which is for over £100.

I ordered flea spray 6th October and I'm still waiting. They took my money and now I'm chasing the order. I've emailed loads of times and I've rang lots but the line keeps saying no agents to take your call. I've had no replies from messenger it's absolutely disgusting. I now have to go to my bank to sort out plus get them to investigate

The wrong food was delivered. I've returned the food, but not received any refund as yet and had to pay for the return delivery.

Apart from yodel delivery gone very wrong and had to stay in 4 days waiting for it to arrive and didn’t . I finally got it today.
Coat is beautiful and light and my bullmastiff looks great in it. Very roomy also

I have had a monthly subscription for the supply of my cat litter from this company for years.
They stopped supplying the cat litter in June 2023 but have continued to charge me for it every month and have not refunded my payments. They told me 11 days ago that my June, July and August payments would be refunded within a 'few days'. They still have my money. They have not once done what they said thed would do. This has moved from incompetent to dishonesty.

Very good price. Excellent product delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, I had cause to suspend this account for about 6 months.
When I wanted to re instate my account I had a few problems.
I rang customer services, and within 10minutes my account was reactivated and my order was with me 3 days later.
I have used this service for years and love it.

Product competitively priced.
Sadly delivery atrocious. Received wrong parcel, sour faced, rude delivery person, who returned to deliver correct parcel with no apology.
