A confusing customer service very very bad one minute they are telling you you're getting a refund and the next minute they're not confusing customer service would not recommend to anybody the goods were late and the customer service communication was confusing they need to get their act together I won't be using this company again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to

Time from order to dispatch too long
Time from order to dispatch far too long. Order was estimated for deliver 21 Aug but hadnt even had dispatch notification by that date. Tried to call for an update but sat at no1 in the call queue for 15mins so obviously no one there to take my call. Requested an update via an email and what do you know very next morning get a dispatch notification with a delivery date now 3 days later than originally advised.
I note from all your other previous negative feedback you are 'very sorry and would like to investigate', please don't though expect me to call you for details as you don't answer the phone
Edit post reply : you are missing the point! If you have investigated why did it take so long to dispatch? Extra star knocked off for the stock response
