I think there service is complete rubbish.
Ordered 4 days ago paid a lot for postage and still with the appalling royal mail who aren't on strike.
Send your items with a decent courier when the customer pays so much for postage!! Shameful

Hasn’t turned up or had any indication …
Hasn’t turned up or had any indication of when it will be delivered and despite phoning several times no response from customer service.
Normally you would receive a delivery up date.
It takes a long time to deliver, over 7 days and now I’ve had to go to a supermarket, defeating the object.
There was no indication that there was a problem with the delivery and we are going on holiday and we’re leaving the food and the litter with neighbours as well as the flea treatment
