Unfortunately my first order arrived broken. However I received a swift response from Monsuri and excellent customer service. All communication was through email but it felt very personal. My complaint was dealt with swiftly.

The bamboo bath tray is wonderful
The bamboo bath tray is wonderful, I would like some way of keeping paperback book open but other than that a fantastic product. The head cushion is delightful. Shipping was superfast so all in all a fantastic company.

Have used bottle since it came out and it’s an excellent bottle. I’m always drinking tea or water from it and think it’s classy and beautiful!
Also ordered the bath caddy which is divine! It’s keeping so well and makes me feel I’m at a spa!

Great product, fantastic customer service.
I ordered a beautiful bamboo bath caddy. it arrived really quickly but unfortunately it was damaged. I emailed Monsuri and they were very quick to respond and were great about sorting a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. Excellent product, excellent customer service!

I placed an order for my wife's birthday and I was a little bit worried about it arriving in time so emailed Navin, who went above and beyond to make sure it would arrive in time.
The service I received was very quick and professional and I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them again and recommend others give them a go as well.
