After needing professional medical clearance for our post-Covid flight certificates, my wife and I, both nurses, decided to try this online service. Initially skeptical, we explored their clinic's website and received our certificates, which left us thoroughly impressed. The procedure was straightforward, and the timely arrival of the certificates was crucial. Upon presenting them, the airline accepted the documents without any issues, confirming the service's reliability and efficiency.

The customer service was outstanding! Every query was addressed, enabling me to make a well-informed decision. My husband traveled with the recovery certificate without any hassle. Much appreciated!

Montague clinic is always reachable and their care towards to patients is great. The doctors are very skilled and easy to reach. My kids love it.

First time using the Montague and very pleased with the service, I needed treatment for pain, they were knowledgable and responsive and got the treatment I needed immediately, I will definitely use them again.

Over from the USA and my husband needed an emergency prescription. We were able to get a telephone appointment within two hours of booking. Minutes after the appointment, the prescription was emailed. Cost 35 pounds. Efficient and reasonably priced, the whole process was so much easier than I had been expecting. AMAZING SERVICE!

I don't usually leave reviews but just feel I have to with regards to my experience with The Montague Clinic. My husband and I obtained Covid-19 Recovery Certificates after providing proof of our positive PCR Tests. The Certificates were sent to us by email well within the 2 hour deadline and we were very impressed with the thorough detail on the Certificate.

We obtained the Recovery Certificates in order to prove our recovery status for our upcoming Disney Cruise. As part of the checking-in process Disney use a company called Inspire Diagnostics to check vaccination and Covid recovery status. We uploaded our documents and were flabbergasted when the Certificates were rejected! After making enquiries it was established that although the Certificate stated we were "recovered from this episode of Covid-19" it did not say we were "fully recovered from this episode of Covid-19". One word -fully- was the reason they rejected the document!!! After trying, and failing, to get through to Inspire Diagnostics, and Disney, I contacted The Montague Clinic asking if they could help, and asked if they could possibly amend the Certificates. I emailed at approximately 7.30pm and by approximately 11.00pm, that same day, I had the amended Certificates which have now been approved by Inspire Diagnostics. The service and the efficiency of The Montague Clinic to help in this matter was exemplary and I would highly recommend using them for any Covid-19 documentation. Nothing was too much trouble in getting the issue resolved and I am so grateful to them.

Dr. Om and his team at the Montague Clinic went above and beyond to help me get covid recovery certificates to fly home to the US from Northern Ireland. Our case was not black & white, but complicated by another testing company not including the date on my positive covid fit-to-fly test, and ongoing positive testing after symptoms had ceased. The lack of a date on my original positive, made it unavailable to use as documentation for my infection. With Dr. Om's extra hours to help me find objective time-stamped evidence to support my previous infection, I might still be in Northern Ireland. The chat option on the Montague Clinic's website was invaluable, as I was able to use it to enquire about our situation and be connected to Dr. Om be the team. There were no long waits. If I were closer--across the pond--I'd use Montague Clinic for all my GP needs!

As I'm writing this review, the US has dropped its negative test requirement, hopefully forever (Cross fingers!). I still, as I imply above, recommend the Montague Clinic. There are not many doctors that I know of, even here in the US, that are willing to put so much extra time and attention into helping their clients. The Montague Clinic, Dr. Om and his team, saw and heard me as in individual. I'm grateful for this & their assistance in getting home!

I cannot thank the team at the Montague Clinic enough for taking all the worries about my travel back home to the United States for me! They were always quick to response, very informative and a true joy to work with!

We recently contracted Covid on Scotland. We scoured the internet for a company to issue our Letter of Recovery. Tho we weren’t able to provide our original positive Covid test results, they worked with us accepting emails and texts which showed when we tested positive, and that we met the quarantine requirements. They went above and beyond. Plus they answered all questions promptly. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I got stuck in Portugal with a positive Covid test. I am so glad I found the Montague Clinic. I was able to get my travel certificate easily so I could get home. Their customer service is great-very quick and responsive. The QR code does not work with Verifly, but I had no problem at the airport showing my certificate at the check-in. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am so grateful they got me home sooner than if I would have had to see a doctor in Portugal.

The clinic approved my request within 90 minutes despite requesting a 12 hr turnaround, providing the exact documentation I needed to return to the US. The system was straightforward and informative

I received my covid recovery letter in my email from Montague clinic 6 days after testing positive at Heathrow. I used the certificate to fly back to US today on Delta. Thank you so much!

It was such a relief to us when we ended up with Covid 19 in Switzerland, to have a successful experience with the Montague Clinic. We were able to secure Certificates of Recovery online ten days after our first positive covid test. This eased our minds and made it possible for us to return to the US after our vacation.

The process was quick and easy; helped me get home to the US after getting sick on holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone who has had Covid and is trying to get into the US. The form does not work with Verifly, but you are able to show it to the airline staff at the airport.
