Had an awful experience with the transport of the goods, 3 failed deliveries to an open business with over 10 deliveries going to the location throughout each day, and then I chose to collect it from a pick up point, wasting my time after paying a transport fee from MOO, for them to fail to deliver it to the pick up point as well.
Great product! The website was so easy to use and the cards were delivered on time. I’ve reordered more.

The cards from Moo were fantastic and I have no problem with the quality of the delivered product, it was exactly as designed in their website. Their templates are great starting point. The reason I give 4 points, is because with all the great flexibility they have in their products, I needed to get very specific shades for the text and the background to follow my brand guidelines. Having spent all the time already looking for a reasonable template and playing with it, I had no time to go back and have to re-do the whole design on my own. I am small company and don't have illustrator licenses, etc. Just powerpoint and crap like that. So having the option to choose from a hex value the specific shade of colour you need would have been a perfect experience. As it was I had to compromise the colours to closest matches in their pallet, which was not ideal. That would have given them the 5 stars.
