The cards from Moo were fantastic and I have no problem with the quality of the delivered product, it was exactly as designed in their website. Their templates are great starting point. The reason I give 4 points, is because with all the great flexibility they have in their products, I needed to get very specific shades for the text and the background to follow my brand guidelines. Having spent all the time already looking for a reasonable template and playing with it, I had no time to go back and have to re-do the whole design on my own. I am small company and don't have illustrator licenses, etc. Just powerpoint and crap like that. So having the option to choose from a hex value the specific shade of colour you need would have been a perfect experience. As it was I had to compromise the colours to closest matches in their pallet, which was not ideal. That would have given them the 5 stars.
