I think they should have centered my images
My design was really nice printed, however many of them were unevenly cut or printed. It was quite obvious and many of our clients noticed it.
Hi, thank you for the response with the ordre not arrived at the first place, I have received the second print just on time, many thanks for taking this directly and quickly. The cards are cute, the paper is very soft and beautiful, the print is clean and sharp, I am very happy. Just a small thing and I mention it this time because I have had this issue with my previous orders as well so I really think you should try to sort this out, the card are slightly aslant (but enough so that I see it) from horizontal which is annoying since everything else is so perfect. Colours don't fit with the background. Printed colours changed a lot
I love the general look and feel and the print quality is good. However, three times I've ordered round cornered cards and the trim has been crooked each time. Such a shame as it lets down what is otherwise an excellent quality product. Five stars for everything except the trimming - three stars for that.
