I had an excellent experience with MOO. The print quality and finishes are outstanding, and the business cards feel very premium. What impressed me even more was their customer support. When I had a color issue with my order, the team responded quickly and arranged a reprint to make sure everything was correct. The final result turned out exactly how I wanted. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality printed materials.

The print & paper quality is great. I also want to mention that the business card sample pack was very helpful in determining the finish we wanted for our first order. The quality and turnaround time is unmatched! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that despite following the template & bleed guides, the cards were cutoff with uneven reveals. Meaning, the artwork at the top of the card has significantly less space to the perimeter of the card itself, versus the artwork at the bottom and the spacing to the bottom perimeter. I will be ordering from MOO again, and would appreciate guidance on how best to avoid this in the future.
Cards are great but for some reason my photo is very red on the card but the original is not like that.

Print quality/colour has been inconsistent. Previous order of the exact same product was much more vibrant. Our most recent order was dull. Love the soft touch feeling, but annoyed with the inconsistency of print quality.
I have always loved the look and feel of these cards. The response that I've had to them has been wonderful. People will definitely remember them, and, me! I find them MOOving.
The product is classy and I love the feel of the soft touch. I would’ve liked the font to be bigger but do not have that option. The card is not flimsy at all. I will be ordering again if I can get the font bigger

As always, Moo gives such good quality products. Our company wanted something a bit more special for their 35th anniversary business cards. We just may continue using the special cards after the celebration is over. It steps up our first impressions quite a bit.
Beautiful cards, well-made, kind of a velvet + plastic feel. 4.5 was not an option but that's what I would have given (.5 off only because, and it might just be my eye -- some of them seem not to have a totally straight, 90-degree angle cut). Also, when I had a preliminary question that I addressed to customer service, they replied promptly, were very courteous, and addressed my concern. Great experience!
