I think this is a great company. Everything I have bought has been of excellent quality.
There have been mistakes/errors with orders (sometimes mine, sometimes, I believe, moo's) but customer services have always been prompt and courteous in resolving matters.

What made my experience great was I have never ordered business cards before I'm in the beginning stages of a startup of a dream and being able to design and have that idea come to life and in my hand through this company was an amazing experience from conception to delivery I can't remember the last time I was this excited and it's making my dream come true being able to hand over a product of my design with my logo and words on it and having it be so well received I never could have imagined that was possible and as easy to do as it was through moo.

Excellent service, quick turnaround and superb quality finish. Process is very simple: download a ready-made template or upload your own design.

The cards are beautiful and of great quality. However, waiting 3 weeks plus for delivery is ridiculous. It makes me question whether the good outweighs the bad of using your company.

Ever since I found Moo, I use them for all my business card needs. High quality. I love their look.

Moo products are nice and thick with top quality pictures. The adhesion on the stickers is great. The employees are enthusiastic and helpful and shipping is top rate.

I buy a lot of stickers from a bunch of different places, but I’m always coming back to moo. First of all their packing is great so that I can easily pull the sticker away from the backing to put them on my products. Second of all, it is almost shocking the amount of money that they put into their packaging that they’re put into just the cardboard boxes. Everything is super super professional. Well, I can’t say enough about these guys and gals. Thanks.

I phoned MOO, ridden with concern, over a business card (several) that I had been working on, thinking I had mistakenly deleted the files. I had the great fortune of speaking with Noramy, who quite frankly, SAVED THE DAY. Not only did he find my files, he was able to separate, organize, and then proceeded to proofread each card, offering helpful suggestions with regards to formatting, font, etc. Noramy was patient, kind, and set me at ease. After well over an hour, I could not have been more grateful to him and the MOO team for their professionalism and guidance. The epitome of customer-centric!

Absolutely no quality control. I opted for foil finished cards. The foil was misaligned so badly that it looks like a bad drop shadow, and on the reverse of the card the plain text was printed poorly with stems missing on individual characters. Logos that were to be centered on the front of the cards were in a different location on nearly every one.

After bringing it to their attention, they apologised, reprinted - and what do you know, the second batch is actually worse than the first.

No one seems to honestly care about the product they're putting out.
