Cannot complain got a dream guitar delivered for a decent courier fee but the guitar is spectacular, the service fantastic and the product as good as it gets, and the lady that helped me online was very helpful and happy to help .. will buy again no doubt

Great Service
I was looking for difficult to find Ukulele strings. Mooloolaba Music to my delight had them. Unfortunately, the incorrect strings arrived, however after a phone call, the correct strings were sent at no extra cost to me. A joy to deal with.

Never again will I try so Hard to Give A Business over $600
Ordered a pedal that was over $600. Firstly they dont offer free shipping like every other music store does for an order of that size. Secondly, they dont take PayPal and have an additional surcharge for using a credit card, so had to go through the hassle of trasnferring money to their bank account. Finally complete all that and I get an email the following day saying the pedal I purchased wasnt in stock. So what an experience. I've never had to work so hard to try and give a business my $600+ for them then to say they dont even have stock. And to top it all off, their Sales Rep was a smart A**in his messages to me. So its fair to say I dont recommend anybody deal with this business. They are incredibly difficult to work with and don't care about how they treat their customers. Never again!

1. We've spoken to the sales team in regards to the way they spoke to you.
2. Free Shipping over $100 is great and we are all for it, but can't offer it all the time due to rising costs, shipping error, location and package protection this all adds up and i hope you understand it can be unsustainable. We do run free shipping weeks throughout the year and will endeavour to reply to this review when the next free shipping event is on.
3. We understand not including paypal can be very frustrating. We are looking at ways to bring the service back for our customers and will update this review and our social media when this happens.
4. There are fees tied to most online payment processors.
