Shocking App. Doesnt work in IE or Chrome properly...ant access half the documents and the "Work Around" 2!!! months later is use Firefox.

Moorepay sell and all singing, all dancing package, when in reality we have been having issues with them for 18 months.
Their response time to urgent queries is shocking, they don't care if pay is completed and pay slips are produced on time.
I do feel sorry for their customer service department team, they must feel the back lash from all the queries. Quite a few of ours are passed to the 'tech team', they're in no rush to do anything, and you can't get a phone call with them. Would not recommend them to any company wanting a smooth running payroll.

I recommended this company to my current employer, a charity, based on previous user experience. I am very disappointed to report that the standard has dropped dramatically.
The implementation was poor, no project management, as a user, we have to push and remind them every step of the way, nearly missed the first live payroll deadline. Cutting corners in Training and handover everywhere, no personal touch or tailored training, we were sent a link and that's it, find it yourself.
Impersonal support - In my previous job, my team was given a slide with Support Team picture, Team Leader name and phone number. There is a lovely personal touch, we felt very assured that who were support us and they were just a phone call way. However, that has changed now, there is no idea of who you will be dealing with just cold corporate robotic opening/closing tickets. Some of queries were not resolved before tickets were closed. There is no ownership anymore.
Hidden costs - our bank don't provide us with BACS facility, so cannot use the BACS service. We need a simply bank upload file for payment, which was provided by our previous payroll provider. Moorepay quoted thousand of pound to do this simple file for us. I was promised there would be no hidden costs, everything will be efficient and covered, this is not true, just the sales talk.
Overall, the efficiency we promised did not materialize. There are hidden costs to jump though if we want to improve the situation. Support are impersonal and service standard dropped. We will be considering to terminate the contract as soon as we can.

Vishnu talked/had a teams meeting regarding several changes and amendments to the system that were needed before running the payroll. He has been extremely help, I wouldn't have been able to complete them without his knowledge and support.
