I have bought my parka winter jacket more than 4 years ago as of 2024. I have worn it and abused the heck out of it and it’s held up very well. Looks almost new from the exterior. Only complaint is that a hole occurred in the right pocket over time which I take full responsibility for as I have all sorts of sharp tools attached to my keys. I fixed it within 5 minutes with a sewing kit from a hotel.

I like the brand and just bought one of their vests for $600, so hoping that they don’t disappoint.

6 weeks after not receiving my order and still no refund even after the courier has declared my order as lost 😡 moose knuckles are nothing more than thieves read the reviews the customers don’t lie you be better spending your money elsewhere
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WEBSITE. THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING THAT THEY SAY THEY ARE PAYING FOR WHEN UPS DELIVERS YOUR ITEM. THEN IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR IT, UPS TAKES IT BACK AND YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEM AND THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THE ITEM FOR YOU TO GET A REFUND. A coat 1.3k€ purchased for Christmas 2022 and used for only 3 months in 2023 then stored in a wardrobe until November 2023.
Yellow stains appeared all over the coat (we do not smoke).
The dry cleaner had a hard time removing them and suspects the coat trim to be the source of the problem. So an obvious manufacturing defect or even accidental chemical contamination of the coat.
Moose Knuckle of course doesn't want to do anything.
Falsely luxurious brand, overpriced and terrible after-sales service.
Brand to be avoided.

Moose Knuckle finally issued me a refund but that is after I disputed the transaction with my bank .
I would put zero stars if I could order a jacket on Dec 20th as a Christmas gift …. it was set to arrive Dec 22nd but was sent back to Moose Knuckle because they didn’t have my apt #. Being proactive I called before Moose Knuckle even received the jacket to update my address. Moose Knuckle received the jacket that I NEVER received on Dec 27th, 2023. After a month of relentlessly calling and emailing no one has been able to locate or update me about my order AT ALL !
I have finally hit the point of no return and requested a refund . Im hoping that this is a swift process .

I am very disappointed (and somewhat insulted) by my recent experience with Moose Knuckles customer service.
On the positive side, the parka offered excellent warmth and style. However, my enthusiasm waned when the zipper broke after just 3 years. This marked my second Moose Knuckles jacket in a decade, and sadly, it will be my last. People shouldn’t pay $700+ for a winter jacket every 3 years.
Despite my attempts to address the issue directly with the company, the customer service has been disappointingly unresponsive. Even after obtaining approval to send the parka in for repairs (which involved sending detailed pictures and a copy of the receipt), it was returned to me in its original condition, with absolutely no explanation. This lack of communication and failure to honor the warranty has left me frustrated and out $60 in shipping costs. Even after contacting them for an explanation, I was told to re-send pictures so that they can look again? As if this process hasn’t already been a huge waste of time and money?
As a supporter of Canadian businesses, I had hoped to invest in a durable, long-lasting piece. My desire was to repair the zipper rather than purchase a new parka. I had even reached out to a local dry cleaner/seamstress who advised me to send it directly to Moose Knuckles, as Canada Goose was currently repairing their zipper due to a similar situation.
Regrettably, since I was shipped an unrepaired parka, I am now using a 15+ year old Canada Goose jacket (which is in excellent condition btw) to get me through the winter. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers’ time and the lack of accountability they are taking.

Low quality jackets?. Warranty is almost nothing imo. I bought my jacket aug 2023, i just put it my closet since here in vancouver it will get cold around december,the last two weeks of december when i started using it and thats when i notice in my armpit area a small area
of the outer seam is unstitch. The inside is intact only the outer seam is unstitch and there is thread looping around it looks like a unfinished stitch. And at the collar i see some threads that are looping out also the stitch is not tight. I said this not good a stitch, so i open a warranty claim to them but they say its not covered. Meaning they are saying its either wear and tear or other reason. My 99 cad mountain warehouse is almost 7 years all threads are still intact. So either, its a factory defect,a workmanship defect or the jacket is not that high quality because it didnt went for a year that the threads are start to go out. I will never buy again. They dont stand behind their product after sale. Its my first time buying from them and its gonna be the last.

Seams on both sleeves broke in multiple spots after 1 year 2 months. Reached out to customer service and they just gave me a generic reply saying it my own fault and it’s normal wear and tear. Wore it for no more that 4 months. Poor quality and customer service

I use to like this brand and coat so much. But with the recent incident I think I won't buy this brand again. They said they offer great warranty on their coat and jacket it is all a scam. Recently I have purchased a Stirling Parkas end of Novmeber 2023, and packed away since december was so warm in Vancouver. Until recently the weather drastically dropped so I unpacked my new coat and found out the coat was faulty made by the maufacuterer. The aurhtoize retailer ask me to go file a warranty claim. The coat was faulty made at the underarm area causing bulging extra material (not the down) inside the underarm area and the zipper wasnt stichied properly and got all wrinkle up. When I file a warranty claim moose knuckle said this isn't fall under the warranty even the coat was faulty made by the manufacturer. The even ask me to go to local luxury clothing tailor to fix it myself. I took it to my luxury clothing tailor they said this cannot be fix because it wasn't made correctly when they manufacture this piece of clothing. I resend all the info and they said they will reopen the case and look into but no response back from them anymore.

Great product, fast shipping and easy returns.
The first coat I ordered was a touch small and promptly returned free of charge. The only slight frustration was having to wait for customer services to email the label.
I quickly ordered the next size up which arrived within a couple of days.
I’ve never owned a coat of this value before and had been looking for an alternative to the other Canadian brand that every other person seems to own (I didn’t feel they were worth the money either).
The Stirling parka is incredibly warm and the warmest coat I have ever owned. It feels extremely high quality and will last for years. I was pleased to receive the black logo version (on the sleeve) which is more discrete and classic looking than the silver.
Overall a great buy and one that will last many winters.

They are the worst to send back to Canada, they sent the wrong bar code twice, I phone them and they said the will send a bar code for D.L and the drop off point shop whould not work, come to understand, that they know it would not work and it will past the 30days,please avoid, I would not even give a star to be honest, they just want the money, plus the jacket should be large but it is smalll my child is a size 8 that why I want to send it back. Joke and greedy

Sent a sweatshirt I ordered for my boyfriend’s Christmas present with the security tag on it. I live nowhere near a moose knuckles store and their only option was for me to go out of my way hours away to get to the closest moose knuckles store to have them remove it. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience that they had caused. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

I feel very disappointed with customer service of Moose Knuckles Canada. I have attempted to contact customer service three times - by email, website and phone regarding on a duplicate of order online. The reason behind of duplicate also mention because the website failed to show completion of purchase and I have received no email of purchase afterward therefore I made another order after 30mins. The second order when through very fast and I did received an email confirmation of purchase; however after that I have received back my first order of email of purchase.
I have then quickly contact them via email ask ask them to cancel of one of my order; however no reply from them.
I have also called to the customer service the next day. Again the problem was fixed.
I was very disappointed with this brand and I started regretting purchasing from this brand again.

I returned my winter jacket on November 10th because the pocket was torn from the inside. It's been 6 weeks now, and despite multiple contacts with customer service via chat and phone, I'm told they can't do anything. This morning, when asking to speak to a manager, my request was denied. When I questioned the warranty and its clauses, they clearly stated they couldn't help me. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I will file a complaint and request compensation from the Consumer Protection Office of Quebec. Avoid this company as they do not respect their customers' rights. Don't hesitate to file a complaint because they will not treat you with the respect you deserve, especially given the recent temperatures in Canada.

I submitted a return request on the 11th of December (same day of delivery) and I’m still waiting for Moose Knuckles to let me know how to return the item.
Tried to contact the customer service on the following day and they told me: We will provide the necessary documents to return at our expense within 1-2 business days.
On the 19 of December I’m still waiting for them to fix the situation.
So, for the time being, I find myself with a very expensive jacket that doesn’t fit

They’re horrible when it comes to their apparent life time warranty.
Do not trust them. I showed proof of purchase etc and it did nothing.

Never trust their adds. Their asking price is five times more that their propogands.
When we called their customer service, although they had all information by special tag on the original winter coat, they asked the original recipt. Later we found it and send it to them with all photos the asked, but they justified by saying color is fading is done by us. Very shamful reply from their customer service: every user has a different impact on its wear.

Absolutely outdated delivery & return process. In addition to the long delivery time, no return label is enclosed with the parcel, this must be requested online. Technically, it would be no problem to issue it in the second of the request process. However, Moose Knuckles reserves the right to require 48 hours for this... You must provide all the details to avoid making a mistake when requesting the return label: order date, order number, invoice number, colour, size, model name, reason for return.... All unnecessary hurdles for the consumer to return the product...
