This was by far the worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had. I have a brand new 2025 Ram 3500 dually, purchased in December. Because it’s under warranty, I decided to buy ori... See more

I will never order from this company…
I will never order from this company again. I ordered a part to be overnighted (paid over $55 for that). Never received the part. I called several times, left messages, emailed them and got no response at all. I finally got a hold of someone almost a week later and was told the part was “missing” from the parts department and they would have to order another one to be shipped to them and then they would overnight it to me. They said I should have the part 2 days later. 2 days later and no part, nor was the shipping status ever updated in their website. I tried calling again, no response, emailed with no response. I even talked virtually with “Jacob” on their website twice and was told a manager would call me. I received nothing. Part was finally sent out a day late but not overnighted. Still don’t have the part and I ordered it on 4/6/21. I asked for a refund on the overnight shipping and they denied my request. Never again will I order from them.
I would never order from…
I would never order from moparfactoryparts. Their support is horrible. If you try to install a product and it doesn't fit it no longer qualifies for return per their policy and you are stuck with it. I bought a sun bonnet for my Jeep Gladiator, which they claimed would fit BTW, and it didn't come close to fitting. I tried several times to contact them and after 4 days this was what I got (this is a direct quote from their customer representative): It is in our return policy that "We cannot take back used parts. We cannot take back installed or tried parts.".
Now how was I supposed to know that it wouldn't fit without trying it?
