Unable to get a shipping timeline and ETA regarding tarps. There is a ticketing system for your query, a number is assigned and then there is no follow-up to your question.

Don't buy a custum tarp with the clear…

Don't buy a custum tarp with the clear plastic. They don't hold up to the winter. They get brittle and crack. They don't hold up to the wind. They tear. The other solid HD material will hold up to the wind. The clear is too thin.

DO NOT ORDER FROM

Placed an order on 8/21/25, they canceled order with not notification, instead of crediting my credit card gave instore credit, could not get a refund to my card, placed the same order to use store credit on 12/16/25, have not gotten that order either as on 2/23/26. Asked for full credit to my card have not gotten.

Again

Again, this company is a failure in delivering the requested order. I keep on tracking FedEx and the delivery time is always changing. Who would deliver at 12 midnight? So frustrating!!!

Do not do business with this company

If you have any issues with your order you might as well take the loss bc the customer service will ust make you go around in circles till you just give in. I didn't understand this until I had a middle eastern man on the other end who I couldn't understand and he said his name was Andrew. Called back the next day and same guy but now his name was Alex This site is a scam

Custom Order Uselessly Fulfilled

I placed a custom tarp order with specified (written and verified by telephone) placement of grommets. The grommets were to be placed 12" apart, but I received a tarp with placed grommets spaced at 11" apart. Tarps and All claimed that the 11" spacing fell within their required construction!

Although their website seems to indicated this is an American company with production in the U.S., the product was made in India. Because of this, although I could not use the tarp for its intended purpose without modifying it myself, I asked for a 50% instead of shipping it back to them (an offer, by the way that had not been extended to me).

They responded with an offer of a 20% discount on any future orders I placed. Although they claim customer satisfaction, they provided an unacceptable product for which I paid additional money to customize.

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEY SUCK!! Do NOT buy from them. They charged me $6 extra for an "expedited delivery", then a few days later they changed the delivery date to 5 days later (the same time a regularly priced delivery should arrive) and REFUSED to refund my expedited shipping costs they stole from me. THEN, the package didn't even arrive on the later date they said it would so I disputed the charge. Oh, and even though I told them ONLY communicate in writing through email, they had some call center in India harassing me and I could not understand a single word any of them said. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Great shade nets, great prices!

The other reviewer who said they didn't have good quality I don't think that's true at all. I've ordered several custom shade nets from them. They have all been fantastic quality. They have custom sizes for REALLY good prices. The shipping is very fast too. I highly recommend them I'm a satisfied customer.

Terrible Quality Control and Customer Service – Avoid!!!

I ordered custom tarps from Tarps&All, expecting them to meet the dimensions I provided and the promised 1-2 inch leeway outlined in their policy. I followed all their measuring requirements and confirmed the specifications with their design team. Despite this, I received tarps that were too small, as well as lacked the additional leeway, and were completely unusable for my project.

I provided extensive evidence, including photos and videos clearly demonstrating the defects. However, their customer service was dismissive, repetitive, and unhelpful. They dragged out the process for two weeks and eventually closed my case without resolving the issue or honoring their return policy.

The lack of accountability and refusal to act on clear evidence highlight serious quality control problems. If they had proper checks in place, these defective tarps should never have been shipped. Instead, they wasted my time and refused to provide a resolution.

Further research revealed that Tarps and All is part of Group Bayport, which includes brands like Covers and All, BannerBuzz, Best of Signs, Giant Media, Circle One, Neon Earth, Bags By The Ocean, and Vivyx Printing. These companies share similar issues, with a slew of bad reviews describing defective products and poor customer service across the board.

If you value your time and money, avoid Tarps and All and any of these associated brands. They prioritize profits over quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
