Order never arrived despite them saying it was delivered they sent a driver to my door 2 days in a row to try and confirm this then threatened to report me to police even tho the driver was showing aggressive behaviour and they clearly have not deliver the item I paid over £140 for. All evidence logged and on video as well avoid this company at all costs

I was in desperate need of a new print head so I could print my postage labels. I had read a mixed bag of reviews on trust pilot about the company so I must admit I was a little wary.
All I can say is well done to MoreCoCo I placed my order on the 7th January. I emailed customer service the next day just to see when my order would be collected by FedEx, I had a reply back within seconds of emailing very impressed, my order was delivered on the 3rd day can’t tell you how happy I am to have my printer up and running again.

My order from 25.11.2024 has never arrived
They blame the delivery company for incorrect tracking number and therefore inability to locate my parcel.
The email communication was very good and quick from their side.

Very fast delivery even though i went with the free option. My latest order was 64gb (2x32G) DDR5 5600 cl40 laptop ram at £167.99 for my mini home server on the 2nd of December and it arrived on the 4th. It arrived in perfect condition and works great. I haven't had any issues with this site so far. I would recommend this site.

So, I want to say from the off that I judge companies by how they deal with issues (we ALL have them).... This was my first time dealing with the company and there was an small issue with delivery, but I am amazed at just how good the customer service is. Emails, not only answered, but answered very quickly and politely, solutions given, not just vague 'we will try' and clear there was communication. Ever question dealt with, every single bit of it above and beyond the norm. A big call out to Stacey who has been brilliant. I will have zero issues buying from them again with ACTUAL customer care like this.

Was selling 9600x at a huge discount, took my money and waited 2 days to cancel it and lie about stock issues and issue a refund instead of letting me wait for it. After i'd already made plans for it and bought other parts around it. clearly they made a mistake or deliberately did this to attract attention to their site. Very scummy either way.

Terrible company who don't want to honour their discounts. They tried to tell me they had no more stock, but were selling the Black Friday discounted product for full price soon after. I never even got a confirmation email, and the order number was invalid straight after purchase. Very scummy tactics.

I purchased the Ryzen 5 9600X during MoreCoCo's Black Friday discounts. MoreCoCo has now cancelled my order on the basis of "not having enough stock". If this was the case, they would have delayed my order. Instead, it was cancelled - most likely because they did not want to honor their discount.

I purchased an i9-14900k from MoreCoco during their Black Friday sale for £329.99. They emailed me this morning (Monday) to let me know that they are out of stock of this processor and are “unable to obtain a restock date”. If they were out of stock, they should have said so on their website, instead of waiting until after Black Friday, when all the prices have returned to normal to let me know! Never purchasing from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Morecoco. This company is nothing short of a scam! I placed an order, eagerly anticipating my item, but what followed was an absolute nightmare.
Not only did my order take forever to arrive, but when I finally got a tracking number, it was completely useless. I tracked my shipment endlessly, only to find that it seemed lost in limbo. When I tried to call their customer service for help, I was met with silence—no one ever answers the phone! It’s beyond frustrating to feel completely abandoned after spending my money.
I sent multiple emails to their support team, pleading for information about my order, and guess what? No response whatsoever! To make matters worse, I requested a refund due to the total lack of communication and service, but they are refusing to issue one! It’s clear that Morecoco has zero regard for customer service or customer rights. They take your money and then leave you high and dry, with no way to resolve issues.
This experience has been a complete scam from start to finish. I can’t stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this company. They’re unresponsive, untrustworthy, and it feels like they’re just out to make a quick buck without caring about their customers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

Was delivered a faulty product. I do blame this on the manufacturer and not the vendor.
Got an RMA relatively easily. However the returns process was not making progress and it was necessary to make a claim via Paypal. They did however concede this straight away

Theres no way i can give this a 0 Star, so 1 it is.
After MoreCoCo checkout issue, and it defaulting to a not me address (even thought i put in my delivery postcode) a very expensive item was sent to a location over an hour away from where i live.
After raising this with them team on the same day (after they fixed their invoice system) we found that the invoice didnt have our address.
When we raised this with them they said theres nothing we can do, and that its down to me to drive to the location and collect the parcel.
So i did a 2 hour round trip to go and grab this item.
And now im paying for the return of this item.
So i am down 2 lots of postage, and 2 hours of my time driving becasue of a system error with MoreCoco and the customer service team couldnt care.
I will never be using them again.
What a joke this has been.
Was a bit anxious at the low price, but ended up being a brand new product with 2 year warranty on Google. I never bought from the seller previously, but was dispatched promptly and exactly as described. Email communication is best however, they don't pick up across the phone!

The Operations Manager of this company has treated me in the most disgusting way where his arrogance in his belief that he thinks that a product can be

There was a product advertised on this companies website, > Adobe Acrobat Pro Academic Life Licence Key .
I honestly believed that as this version of Adobe Acrobat was a lifetime licence , it would have less features than the full version of Adobe Acrobat and that is why it was called , Academic.
I purchased this.
When I received the email link from this company , there were FOUR links.
I also received a product key that was 22 characters , letters and numbers.
But when I opened up the link, it seems that Adobe requires a 24 character passkey code.
When I spoke with two members of staff, they did not understand and tried to help. But then I spoke with the top man,
The Operations Manager.
He did not know or understand and looked in to the issue with the company that MoreCoCo purchase the Adobe products from.
Then the Operations Manager tells me that the he spoke to someone and they advised him that the Adobe academic version requires the person that is going to activate it, to be part of a learning institution, a teacher or professor or a student and documents need to be submitted to Adobe for Adobe to activate this licence key.
The Operations Manager then made the false claim that this is mentioned on MoreCoCo website.
A LIE !
It was NOT mentioned on this companies website. Because if it was mentioned,
I would NOT have purchased it.
The Operations Manager refuses to accept any responsibility for this.
He seems to believe that he can just sell this product and take the customers money without any duty of care or responsibility and not to advise of the conditions or requirements that are needed for a product that his company is selling.
MoreCoCo also boast about money back and refunds.
But the Operations Manager moves the goal posts after they have the customers money.
This company is known by more than one name. MoreCoCo and More Computers Ltd.
Log on to Companies House website and type in this companies name > MORE COMPUTERS LIMITED . company number > 04666684 The director is listed at Companies House and lists SEVEN officers of this company. SIX of these officers have resigned.
This is very strange for a successful company like this is meant to be to have so many resignations. WHY ? ? ?
Also this company is based in > Leeds in Yorkshire. other officers of this company that resigned had their correspondence address listed in an office in London as well as other locations.

This company is NOT a company that I would ever trust with my money ever again.
This company owes me £101 and the Operations Manager is refusing to refund me this £101 that he knows full well that I am not at fault and he should refund me in full for a product that does not work because his company did NOT stipulate any conditions or requirements for the purchase of this product.
Even the Operations Manager had to make enquiries why this product would not work.
The behaviour of the Operations Manager in dealing with me is nothing short of a disgusting abuse and an intention to do wrong by me and keep my money.

Ordered a brand new Google pixel from this company. I paid extra for next day delivery and it duly arrived next day-all good so far. It looked like a genuine factory seal but before I opened it I checked the warranty on Google's website and the warranty was showing as activated 2 months before. I phoned Google customer services (something I never intend to do again, was really difficult to get someone to understand what I was asking ) who confirmed there were 22 months left. Informed MoreCoCo who said it's 24 months from delivery and should I need to claim on the warranty Google should be able to confirm it with proof of postage. Having had new Pixels in the past that just didn't sound right so I opted to return it.
So I'd paid £7 extra for next day delivery to receive the phone then I paid £10 to send it back tracked and insured. I've given an extra star due to the fact that the refund was sorted quickly but then they were cheeky enough to take another £7 off the refund so now I'm £24 down because they sent a phone with a dodgy warranty........ Result!!!!!!
