Ordered a case for my new build. Paid extra for next day delivery. Its been 3 days and it hasn't even dispatched yet. No email response. Lines are suspiciously full when calling.
Review:
Imeadiate confirmation of order and delivery schedule. Delivery driver very courteous, and very helpful. Large item delivered on a small pallet, but driver separated it on the vehicle and assisted with carrying it into the house.

This company stole £5,124 from me.
After speaking to the sales team about laptops and which is the best they have.
I purchased a £5124:00p laptop computer from this company online.
I phoned the company and they said they have received full payment and shall dispatch it.
Several days later the laptop arrived.
I opened the box only to discover that they sent me a laptop that was different and cost £634:00p on this companies website.
I called and spoke with the manager.
He denied this had happened.
I could not believe what he was saying.
He basically said I was lying.
I sent the laptop back to the company.
They received it.
I then asked for a full refund.
The manager said that he will not refund me.
I asked why ?
He said because I sent back the laptop because I changed my mind and no other valid reason.
I said that is not true.
I paid £5124:00p and they sent me a completely different make of laptop that is advertised at £634:00p and I now require a full refund.
I have been calling them everyday and they hang up on me.
I email them and the manager everyday and the manager denies everything and says that there will be no refund.
I have even spoken to the police about this and the police say they can not deal with this matter as it is a civil action matter.
I am owed £5124:00p and they are still refusing to pay me what I am owed.
It has now been more than three months and I have not received my money.
The manager refuses to pay me back my £5124:00p and this is the situation now.
I have lost all of my money to this company.
I am an elderly lady and and this laptop was for me and my husband and grandchildren to enjoy.
I am crying and I can not believe how evil people can be where they take my money like this and refuse to pay me what they owe me.
I am just destroyed by this experience with this company.
I do not know what to do.
I am scared and vulnerable and I have been robbed out of my savings by this company and I do not see anyway they will give me back my money.
I feel like such a fool and this company stole a lot of money from me because I am an elderly woman.

I ordered 96GB of Crucial DDR 5 Sodimm notebook memory as a kit of 2 x 48GB. Ordered last Friday and delivered today Monday by DHL. Spot on service, excellent price and tracking number provided. I can't find anything negative to say about this company.

I ordered an item at a really good price (more than 50% off discount) on Friday morning with a premium next day delivery. I received a confirmation email and the order page couple of hours later was saying that order has been processed and awaiting tracking information, then there communication ended. I contacted MoreCoCo customer services on Monday the following week for the tracking information and to find our where my parcel is only to find out that apparently they couldn't locate my parcel in the warehouse (they also contacted the courier who advised the parcel has been lost in transit) and they can't offer a replacement either, as it's out of stock, although they suggested I could ask for a full refund. Reading the previous comments on here, it looks like it's a common thing they're doing. I was really hoping to receive the item quick, but unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll receive it.

Ordered a part that said it was in stock, they sent me an email saying it was despatched, however a week later I recieved another email saying it was out of stock. They had lied it was despatched and I had to request a refund.
Another part was delieved however it was poorly packaged so I didnt risk opening it to see if it worked, sent it back. They recieved it the next day (photo and signed for) however it has been days since then and when I ring them, they say they cant test it till next week. Very annoying

I ordered and paid in full for an item on ebay. The wrong item arrived! It took severaal days to get a return label. They never had their advertised item in stock. Eventually I got a refund, with no apology, no explanation and no acknowledgement of the item being returned. I would advise customers to exercise caution

Bought a 1KW PSU and an Nvidia 4080 Super graphics card for a PC build, having found a great price on PC Part Picker (which is a great site). Ordered Sunday afternoon, paid £3.99 for the 2-3 working day delivery, and it arrived Tuesday at 13:30.
Ordered without looking at Trust Pilot and when I did I was a little worried by a few negative reviews. However, they were generally whinges about things like courier issues, stock availability and returns, and not any kind of dishonest behaviour, which is what I'm most concerned about for sites I'm unfamiliar with, particularly as I'd spent quite a lot of money on these items.
Glad I went for it, as the two items arrived well packaged, brand new, unopened and bang on time.

Ordered a replacement battery for an HP laptop,
Battery was quickly dispatched from Denmark and delivered not long after that by FedEx.
The battery works well and is a good replacement.
Note if you cant track your order it probably has the wrong shipping company on the website:
On their website it said my parcel was despatched using UPS however the tracking number did not work, but when using a generic parcel tracking app I found it was actually via FedEx and the tracking worked on the FedEx site so all fine in the end.

I received this item in wrapped in plastic. Inside was a battered box that had been pulled open without care and then subsequently closed and poorly taped up. It is obviously a 'return' - the label with the address of the original buyer is stuck on the box. The item is described on the MoreCoCo website as: "New (Open Box Product)".
It clearly is not 'new' - so, it is not as advertised. The company will not provide a returns label and it is insisting I pay to return the item.

I chose this retailer for a few PC parts as they were listed on PCPartPicker, were reasonably priced, and based locally. All of the items arrived much quicker than anticipated, which worked for me (possibly not for others). Unfortunately, the motherboard turned out to be faulty, and was returned under the manufacturer's warranty. This was dropped off by myself, to avoid damage/loss through couriers and to ensure a speedy turnaround with the replacement. After nearly 2 weeks of no response, I had to chased it up (twice) and was told I had been refunded (not what I had asked for). The receptionist that handles phone calls is superb, but is rarely able to help because the actual returns department appears to be unreachable. Despite repeatedly being told "someone from the returns department will get back to you", they never do, and you are left with constantly having to harass the poor receptionist for updates. I also noticed their prices fluctuate regularly, and something I ordered became 10% cheaper the next day...

DON’T TRUST THIS SELLER!! I purchased a “Brand New” Phone from them, it arrived several days LATE, the phone box was all scuffed up, and looked old, the seal was broken and taped up, it looked like something from a car boot sale. The seller tried all sorts of excuses, saying I had not signed for it damaged?? (Even though they sent me a used one??) Then they said I had not returned it? Despite photos of proof of them receiving it) After a long fight Amazon refunded my money…..GRRRRRR!!!!

Don't use this supplier if you are ordering through Amazon. They don't provide any tracking information or keep you up to date with the progress on delivery. Item ordered a week ago for next day delivery and still waiting with zero information.

Despite initial delivery troubles, complicated by a bank holiday I think the company is pretty good, especially given they are often cheaper than the competition. Real test will be if I ever need a warranty, but until that day pretty happy overall and would order from again.

After placing an order online I get an email saying they've put my order on hold due to a "security risk alert" and request ID and proof of address.
I supply this in less than a few hours and then I get a response that while my documents were accepted, the item has now gone out of stock.
So they take your money (over 1k) and hold it while not putting aside the item for you. What a waste of time. Disappointed and will not shop here again.

I've purchased from the big name electronic retailers in the past, and the experience was always ok, but to finally discover an online only retailer like Morecoco worked better for me in a couple of ways. Firstly, my new Dell laptop was 53% cheaper than ordering directly from Dell, then when you add on great customer service too, it made the experience all the more pleasant. My single point of contact was Stacey, and she represents Morecoco very well indeed. We spoke on a few occasions, as I had a few questions prior to my purchase, and nothing was too much trouble. Prompt email follow up info regarding my order / delivery made the whole process very smooth. So, I felt it only fair to give credit where it's due! So, take a bow, Stacey - you've more than earned it.
