What an excellent service given by everyone from the design through to completion. The windows and doors have transformed the aged white windows and doors and as for the garden room I can’t say enough to how much of a change it has made to our house. From Paul Andy Rich to Tracy you ought to be proud of how you work to deliver to such a precise time scale.

Well it wasn't the weather as it was very cold and wet. But Gary and Colin worked through without complaining. Great job done in the end. Thank you

From start to finish Morton’s were totally professional with a friendly approach. All members of the team were engaging and always available to answer any questions and queries. The ongoing communication throughout the build was fantastic.
The level of craftsmanship displayed was top drawer and the outcome beyond our expectations, we are very pleased with our garden room and would use Morton’s again without hesitation.

We had all our windows replaced, front and back door and new French doors. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the fitting. The amount of redecoration required was very minimal. Our house was always left very clean. Highly recommended!

Impeccable “Door To Door” Service
Thank you Mortons for supplying our lovely new front door. From the initial conversations, to the final fitting, we have been really pleased with the process. We were assisted in making informed choices about the door, and were told what to expect when it was fitted. On the day, James and Sam turned up bright and early to remove the old door and install the new one. They were friendly and cheerful, and spent time explaining about use, and maintenance. And they cleared up beautifully afterwards, leaving no mess at all. Everything went very smoothly, and we are happy with the new look – and the added insulation giving us a warmer hallway. Would happily recommend the company.

Very clean and tidy and hard working. Very pleased with the very professional work done. Very polite and all cleared away at the end. We are very happy how it looks and works.

We have a beautiful Orangery, The fitters Andy and Richard were excellent, very respectful of us and our home. They kept us updated with what they were doing at each stage. Worked through all weathers, could not have asked more of them.

From initial contact with sales to the final touches we have been really impressed with Morton's professionalism and attention to detail. Their proactive communications throughout have kept us up to date with what's happening next, and with any changes to plan. The various tradesmen have also impressed with their obvious knowledge and experience. We are so pleased with it, I can already see how it is going to make bungalow's space more useful.
There is cheap and there is good value; our garden room is good value.

I engaged Morton to install an insulated part glazed roof system and windows for my client’s extension in Norwich. From the initial visit up to install their team worked tirelessly to achieve the design spec given by the client, offering creative suggestions and adapting to suit budget limitations. Their initial quote was far more detailed and comprehensive than any competitors with no hidden costs.

The install team too were fabulously professional, overcoming some of the hurdles put in place when working with an old building with creativity and initiative. The project is very nearly complete and I have been delighted with the experience thus far.

I cannot commend this companies staff enough, nothing was too much trouble even with all the questions asked. The doors have generated such wonderful comments, and the fitting has been pristine.

I was looking for a new Door to replace the old and leaking door and frame of our Cottage. The original door was very distinctive with leaded glass in a diamond shape and we wanted the same exact look, but without the water ingress and drafts from the tired and badly fitted frame and door. We approached several companies including Mortons. Mortons had an ace card with a system that allows you to choose all aspects of the door online. This was perfect for us as we were able to choose an almost exact match to the current door including a colour/glass/handles and finish that was so close to the original that few people realise we have changed the door, but up close you can see the real quality of the product. The door and frame were fitted expertly and with great care to the surrounding plants and existing walls. They also replaced the porch gutter, down pipes and fascia boards which had rotted over the years with uPVC that matches the original perfectly. Some brick repair was also needed to fix the wall that had been damaged by the previous fitter of the old door. What we have now is a warm and dry porch with no leaks whatsoever. And additionally increased security of a modern lock with easy opening and perfectly fitting frame and door. Even the postman is happy as the new letterbox doesn't try to remove his skin when he posts a letter through. We are genuinely very happy we chose Mortons for the job. The fitters were very skilled with many years’ experience between them and able to work around the difficulties that the job presented with a lack of proper damp proof installation of the old door frame, gaps in the brickwork, excessive use of foam filler etc. We are really pleased with the overall finish, look and smooth operation of the door and locks. It should be noted that Mortons were not the cheapest or the most expensive but we feel we have value for money from this local supplier. They are also polite and easy to work with.

We have been really impressed by the way Morton handled the whole thing. The plans were drawn up in a clear manner, everyone was helpful, the workmen themselves were excellent, we were regularly rung up to ensure everything was going OK, the timetable was clear, everything agreed over the phone was confirmed by email. Truly wonderful all round.

WE moved house within the Norfolk area and again used Morton's to build a Orangery for us.

From the initial design through the foundations and then the build all was carried out efficiently and professionally.

We have now had the Orangery through the summer and all the little design details have proven worthwhile.

This is the second project overseen by Mortons in the past 12 months. Following the previous installation of an orangery, we then decided to approach Mortons once again when we needed to replace two very old windows elsewhere in the house (in fact we didn't even both going elsewhere for quotes).
