Great company to deal with. Had an issue with one of my Gyro’s and they responded immediately. Turns out the problem was of my own doing and it is working perfectly now. Jagdtiger, a incredible RC tank model from Torro.

The manufacturer shipped the wrong manual with the tank (not Motion RC Fault) and delivery from FedEx was a bit rough on the wonderful wooden box (also not Motion RC Fault).

But Motion EC Europe came through with the right manual. And that's what's important, how a company treats you when something goes wrong, that's the real measure of success.

I'll be back for more. Tiger 1 or Tiger 2, that's the real question 👍

Have recently purchased three of the four rotor scale/ Roban/Motion 470 scale helicopters. Bell and MD 500 on 13 March and the Huey on 18 March. Really can't wait for the Airwolf to return to stock to order and complete my collection. Have been a RC heli geek for around 40 years and literally have dozens of all sizes and most makes. Did look at the Roban/Motion 470s for many months on Youtube etc thinking do I or don't I buy? I WILL NOW BE 100% HONEST.
These outstanding scale models are most certainly the very tops and are second to none. They are not cheap but when closely scrutinized and everything examined you can appreciate why. Build quality, materials used and attention to detail is absolutely remarkable. Flight of all three are just as fantastic with unmatchable perfect looks and the sounds WOW, I really was speechless. When the Huey arrived there was a problem as one component was missing and the rear stabilizer wings were both broken off. Needless to worry though as I contacted Motion immediately and all was most amicably sorted within the most minimal of time and grief. Absolutely first class staff with nothing too much trouble attitude, which as I am sure most people will agree these days is very rare. They most certainly live up to their logo wording which incorporates the words " Where customers matter " Faultless in every respect.
This company, its staff, its products and its attitudes are most definably the very best. There is most certainly NO COMPOTITION WHATSOEVER!
To all at Roban, Rotor scale and Motion RC, all the very best for the future to all concerned. Keep up your excellent works. You are all very much a breath of fresh air in the RC industry.

Having a good experience of buying a boat hull from the spare parts catalogue, I ordered a second one which unfortunately was delivered in a damaged condition. Using the returns/damaged goods system has resulted in the prompt dispatch of a replacement (following being asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage) with no bother or arguement.

Precise, quick and customer satisfying mind Set.

Had an issue with servos on a new jet. Instead of replacing the servos (which I had already done) for free, customer support was able to grant me 40€ in store credit upon understanding that I wouldn’t have any use of new stock servos, which is really awesome and definetly not treatment you will get at every corner. Awesome :)

I’m new to rc world with lots of questions and still yet order a hgp408 rc truck and decided to contact some shops before ordering anything. I can confirm their customer service is working and professional. All Questions answered plus they even helped with what accessories needs to be ordered to be able to run the unit.

My order was shipped quickly but arrived with a problem, customer service responded right away and solved it to my full satisfaction! Very happy with my purchase. :D

A Good follow up over questions, about a possible wrong product.

I bought from Motion RC for the first time and with great distrust, because as a foreigner I was afraid for my money. After the transaction, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Motion RC responded and in four days I had the goods at home, which were brought by FedEx and with which there is also a good agreement. I bought a Roban Huey UH-1N Marines 800 and I am very happy with it. The goods met my expectations. Compared to our sellers and our Czech post office in the Czech Republic, this experience with Motion RC is very pleasant and we still have a lot to learn :-). Thanks to this experience, I can buy from Motion RC and not have to worry. I can only recommend Motion RC to everyone.

Very happy with the tank, great quality. The first battery did not work however after contacting Motion RC, I received a replacement and stronger battery very quickly. I was extremely impressed with the after service.

Full points for motion RC customer service team . I recently purchased Nexa P40 and the cowling was damaged .

I contacted Motion Rc support and within two days a new cowling was sent . Thank you .

Had an issue with the retract on a Freewing model ordered from MRC.
Submitted a support email and received email from them a day later asking for further info, which I sent.
A replacement retract unit was then mailed out - free of charge - and arrived just three days later.
Can't fault that for service.
