No way to reach the support. Product delayed. Unresponsive

Great service, absolutely customer-oriented and helpful. Also fast and great quality. Absolutely recommended. I would be happy to order from there again.

Cannot fault MotionRC at all

I had a servo fail resulting in a total loss of the model, sadly it had only been flown 3 times and was a couple weeks old.

These can things happen and its nobody in particulars fault, however they way I was dealt with by MotionRC was over and above, I forwarded evidence to support my case and the guys at Motion agreed with me and I was sent a new model free of charge.

I cannot express how happy I am with the level of service I received. Its far too easy for companies to take your money and leave you stranded. Not with MotionRC.

5 stars and would highly recommend MotionRC to anyone involved in the RC hobby.

It's the hand-sketched smiley ☺️ on every delivery note that tells you this is one model aircraft company that actually bothers about their customers. Great service - they immediately FedExed out a tiny part that was missing from my order with profuse apologies - and great planes too!

The promptness of response to rectify a packing error and resend the correct part free of charge. Although inconvenient at the time your company has shown what great customer service is all about, many thanks Motion rc eu.

Having suffered a serious mishap with a model helicopter I purchased from Motion RC - I crashed it and wrecked it - I set about repairing it. While not all the parts I required were available from Motion RC, some were and they were quickly despatched and arrived in good time. I have made other purchases from them and have always been well satisfied with their service.
