I hired a PT from Motivatept to come to my home and give 1-1 personal training. After an initial interview to discuss my wants and needs they sent Alazne. She is outstanding as a PT. She is calm but encouraging, firm but fair and a very pleasant person indeed to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody looking for personal training. She thinks carefully about my sessions and plans to make them as useful as possible, while at the same time making them fun. Her advice and experience have been invaluable. Due to some personal issues I plan to pause my PT sessions but that is not a reflection on her - she is excellent.

Bea greatly balances between friendly approach, professional manner and keeping energy high, one always feel heard and appreciated. Kira's hard work and overall vision of the business promotes supportive atmosphere and inspire to achieving more. Thank you, ladies.

They are really professional with trainers and clients . It’s the best company I have been working as Personal trainer. I am working in a gym too and I do not have as much support as I have with Motivate .
My focus is on training my clients and they taking care of all the rest .

I am lucky to be part of this team. They supported me with any questions and is so easy to navigate through their website. As a trainer I only want to focus on my clients not on the admin part, and they do that for me. I highly recommend it!

Sham of a business. Do not engage. Zero transparency of how their business is run and do not offer clients the option to train in trainers homes when trainers are ok to do this. They are miss selling their service as they do not explicitly say this is a service that you can only train in your own home. Wasted time booking an appointment and met with zero customer service.

Motivatept wins a solid five stars in my book! It is the most profession PT program I have worked with, and Alessia the best PT that I have ever had. The staff and administration are quick to respond and appear devoted to helping people better themselves. I am moving temporarily but look forward to being back, hopefully with Alessia! I have been training with Motivate PT for almost a year - I initially signed up when I was 3 months post partum. The website and subscription model work well and I have online sessions with Uliana. My preference would have been to have face to face sessions but the online sessions actually work really well and I can do them from the comfort of my home which saves me time. I was unsure where to start, having been very active prior to having my baby, and I wanted to get back into shape quickly. Uliana listened to my goals, helped me to slow things down and focus on the right things to ensure I avoided injury. Uliana has helped me to regain my strength and achieve my fitness goals in a supportive, sustainable and professional manner. I look forward to our weekly sessions! Thank you!

I started working with the company in early February and the level of professionalism and genuine desire to help their PT's grow their client base is really way above any other business I've worked with in this industry.
They set out vey clearly what they expect of you and the high standards they want you to work within. If you are organised and have a similar mind set then this is really helpful because you have a framework to guide you and you understand what is expected.
The on line portal that both PT's & clients use, is slick and straight forward and allows you to clearly organise your week and for clients to see when sessions are.
Kira & Bea are also really focused on making sure clients are happy and will work with you closely to work out any issues or manage any requests. As it's Kira's own business she is passionate and really focused on the small details that make it stand out from others, something you don't get in larger corporations.
My experiences with Motivate have all been really positive and I would definitely recommend if you want to feel valued as a PT or as a client.

I can't express enough how thankful I am to be part of the Motivate PT team! I have been with Motivate PT since 2020 and it has been a dream working with them.
