Some time ago I ordered some brembo pads from them as they had some good prices, what a mistake!
2 months and a threat to cancel and call my card company I received my pads.
I think it's a 1 man show who doesn't hold any stock and runs a crappy drop shipping practice at best.
You'll get no response to email and no one answers the phone. Avoid.

Ordered some brake lines from them as the web site looked too good to be a scam - order is still pending after 2 weeks. Have contacted my credit card company and will most likely get a refund. However, this business should not be trading so I've reported the matter to Consumer Direct and Sage Pay. Why Sage Pay are still processing orders for them is beyond belief. Don't be tempted to use moto-racing.

I ordered motor cycle exhaust from this firm over 2 years ago on behalf of my son at a cost of A$1180. The last communication I had 40 days after order was he had to wait for delivery from Italy.

He is well known to the Police. He has a poor reputation and is considered a scammer, not a reputable person. Sadly UK government agencies, police etc cannot help me get my money back as I am in Australia. That amount of money is close to a months pension income.

Can someone in the UK let me know why this person has not been prosecuted and his business closed down?

I ordered brake pads from this company recently and heard nothing at all regarding my order for 10 days. After phoning and emailing the company numerous times, to no avail, I contacted Paypal and informed them of the problem. I was given a refund after just 3 days with still no correspondance whatsoever from the company. Do not order anything from these people. They are a complete sham!

Even 1 star is too much. Looking at other reviews of this website, I should be Lucky that I even received some of the parts I ordered. After weeks and weeks of waiting and sending many unanswered mails, I received a mail telling me that my parcel has been sent to the wrong customer. After some more waiting I received the parcel with only half the items I ordered and some parts in the wrong colour... After promising that a refund will be issued, no mails have been answered yet and no refund has been issued. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Incorrect items shipped as part of a £90 order. I literally called them every day for two weeks, no answer. Faxed them, no answer, emailed them no less than eight times, no answer. Finally had to raise a credit card dispute to get my money back.

Agree with all above! I ordered some items 2 weeks ago withn order pending delivery. No answers to emails and no answer on phone. Glad its only 6 quidsworth!!!

Excellent looking webshop, good pictures and lots of interesting things to buy, but...

Took over 2 months and 6 mails to get my goods.
One mail answer that said "we are sorry and we will post your order today via 1 class mail".
After that, one month and nothing.
A new mail with agressive tone.
No answer.
Finally I got the packet and... Wrong item.
Meil to inform them from the mistake.
And nothing, no answer what so ever.

I placed an order in July 2011 and never received it and was unable to contact anyone by phone or email. DO NOT buy from this company!!

i searched for triumph sprocket set and this site came up.very professional web site and very competitive prices, after placing my order i waited patiently for two weeks- checking the order status reg, it stayed at pending.Estimated del time was 3-5 days. i sent a polite email, nothing, i searched the web for reviews on the site and cried... very very poor customer feedback. Atfer several attempts to contact via the phone i sent a nasty email, i threatened him with trading standards and solicitors. The next day the order status turned to despatched via DHL, a short email was sent confirming the despatch and expected del date. The items arrived the next day, as ordered..i guess i was one of the lucky ones. what can i say; nice web site, great prices, appaling service.

Ordered, payment taken straight away (£202), "pending shipment" since day one, on the fifth working day started to contact the company but no replies to calls and emails, got a bit nervous so on the 8th working day wrote a letter and just before popping down to the post offcie the goods arrived! Well packed and spot on but I will most probably never buy from this chap again as I din't like being left without any communication whatsoever! I quite like his online shop but reading the reviews here I can tell that he doesn't know the basics of online business in 2011.

Ordered my knee sliders on 26th of Feb 2011 it is now 7th of March still no goods. I have tried ringing and e-mail, no reply. I have contacted trading standards and the credit card company but the uk law states you have to wait 30 days then they will get involved.
Update,
after three weeks with no contact from Moto-racing? and e-mails been sent back and forth to Trading standards, sage pay and the Matlock mercury the trading standards managed to get me a refund.
Would i have received the goods eventually? Would i have got a refund if I had not been so determined who knows. Would i buy from them again!! no chance

Everything went well. Good service and fast shipping. Responded on email very fast.

never answers phone calls or emails, trading standards just tell you to write him a letter, the cops wont ever do anything cause taking peoples money for noting is not a criminal act...???!!! and your bank will have you wait 60 days to start getting your money back, if they get your money back. why do sagepay allow criminals like this to use the service!? ohh wait, money, no wait, a cut of MY MONEY! PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CRIMINAL!

Spent a lot of money, never got the the parts. They are not answering E-mails or telephone. Cant get my money back. A really bad company that yust going to steal your money

This company has a very professional looking website. I was taken in ordered a Brembo remote reservoir two weeks ago. Chased up by email and phone, no response. Checked them out on Google looks like I have been mugged. I would imagine they are ripping off thousands of pounds every week I will ring trading standards tomorrow.

Has anybody visited his premises, i have just been ripped off with 50 quid and im not happy, thinking of going down there to have a 'word' !!!

dont touch with a barge poll wish i seen this review page before ordering. looks like £154.00 down the plug hole, people at sage were nice and are going to be looking into this as dont want to be asssociated with non-reputable company

Ripped me off too. Ordered some ISR brake stuff. Never delivered. I got trading standards involved, who subsequently lost interest when I evefntually got my refund from VISA.
