Well priced and efficient delivery from Germany to UK

Price and service excellent. Unfortunately DHL let you down very very badly. They tried to deliver 3 times to an address 20 miles from me, which had no resemblance to mine. Parcel labelled correctly. DHL are dislexic and bloody useless.

There was a delay in the delivery (because of the supplier) and one wrong part sent (which you gladly presented me ... and, happily, I can use it with my saddle bags set).

Ordered some side covers for my Givi panniers ,received a BMW thermometer and tin BMW picture

I was pleased with the online ordering experience, shipping, and delivery, despite ordering these parts from the US.

BUT... roughly 2 weeks after ordering these parts, my credit card number was used for entertainment purchases in Spain. I realize that someone may want to assure me that their IT security is foolproof and it could not have been them, but the credit card I used is one that I don's use day to day, so there were no other vendors that have had the number in the last many months. Nothing against Moto24, but someone either in their company or with the online processing, local to Europe, or Spain is a cyber theif...

Lastly, I don't doubt that whoever did this, targeted myself specifically because it was and overseas order, and especially since I live in the US... Not only so, but I strongly believe this is not the first time this person has done this.

They spent 50.59 at FUNDACIO CATALUNYA LA PED in Spain, and then another purchase attempt was denied by my credit card company....

If you dare to give your CC# online with moto24, do so at your own risk, until they find the cyber thief among them.
