Took money from my account 2 weeks after cancelling my order and they still didn’t answer my email

Iv placed an order abouth a month ago,and i still have not recived my products.Im starting to think that iv lost my money.
Note:I have called Motoblouz and they helped me.
It seems that Motoblouzoutlet.com it is a FRAUD SITE.That's why they are so cheap.
The real Motoblouze.com doesnt have eny connection with Motoblouz outlet.

Very disappointing experience with Motoblouz. I ordered a helmet that was listed as being in stock and paid for it immediately. Later that same day, my order was cancelled, so I assumed the item was unavailable and purchased the same helmet from another retailer.
A few days later, Motoblouz charged me for the helmet anyway, despite having already cancelled the order. As a result, I ended up with two orders for the same product because of their mistake.
When I contacted customer service to ask how they intended to resolve the issue, I was told that they had up to 30 days to decide what action they would take. Cancelling an order, then charging for it days later, and finally telling the customer to wait up to a month for a decision is not the level of service I expected.

Ordered an FF807 Dragon on March 9th, they told me that it would arrive at 24th, it didn't, they said it wasn't in the stock and pushed to may 7th, i then asked for a refund, still haven't received my money back, shit sucks and my bank told me that the money never left my bank ( the transaction disappeared 5 days before my refund took place ) idk what to do, motoblouz didn't provide me with the ARN Code too for proof of refunded transaction, poor communication, poor service

I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and happy to give this store 5 stars. The email communication was excellent from start to finish, and the team kept me informed about every step of the order process. The airbag arrived well-packaged, in perfect condition, and exactly as described.

A particularly pleasant surprise was the delivery time. When placing the order, the estimated delivery time was around one month, but the package arrived in just two weeks. Receiving it much sooner than expected was greatly appreciated.

My only criticism concerns the shipping. Even though the actual delivery was faster than estimated, two weeks still feels somewhat long for a shipment within the EU, especially considering how short the motorcycle season is. In addition, the €30 shipping fee seemed rather high for a product that already cost €470.

That said, the overall price was still better than what I could find elsewhere, and the excellent customer service, proactive communication, and smooth purchasing process more than made up for these minor drawbacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would gladly recommend this store to other riders.
