Poor communication, massive delays and bad service
I placed my order on May 3rd, and it was supposed to arrive by May 16th. Customer service kept giving me completely different dates (first the 18th, then the 19th, and finally the 20th). There is zero internal planning, and their automated emails are extremely confusing. While the product itself is good and original, Motoblouz's logistics and false promises are highly unprofessional. Do not trust them if you need your gear urgently for a trip! Given all these delays and the stress caused right before my trip, a small compensation or a discount code as a gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate. Missed opportunity!

At first, the delivery was planned for May 16th, and you finally received it on May 21st, so it was within 3 business hours.

Ordered a KYT TT-REVO helmet
Ordered a KYT TT-REVO helmet, visor, and Pinlock from Motoblouz on March 14th. The order page showed a shipment date of May 19th and expected delivery on June 2nd, so I waited patiently for over two months with almost no updates.
Then on May 25th, I was suddenly told the helmet is actually out of stock and won’t be available until the end of August. What’s frustrating is that nobody informed me earlier, even though they clearly knew there was a stock issue.
Very disappointing communication and customer service experience. If an item is unavailable for months, customers should be informed much sooner instead of being left waiting with misleading shipping dates.

The delivery dates was not honored
The delivery dates was not honored. Seen multiple delays for different reasons but I would expect the delivery dates are met as committed when ordering a product. Especially when there is two weeks lead time for delivery to begin with. After two weeks of wait time it’s further delayed multiple times without clarity on the new date of delivery, it is a major disappointment. Also if there are multiple delays then there should be some form of compensation offered to ease the frustration of the wait. Just apologies are not enough every single time.
