Avoid

Bought a Toyota Hilux from them, nothing wrong with the car, but was advertised as having 2 keys, only received one. Also a full service history, which it did, but not at Toyota, so no warranty from Toyota. They give you a 6 month warranty from a 3rd party warranty provider in stead...

Tried asking them where spare key is, but as soon as you pay them, they go as quiet as the grave and no communication at all.

Would not reccomenf them at all, rather try and avoid if possible.

Avoid Avoid

At first it was good with communication. Everything went well. I picked up the car and on my way back, the engine fault light appeared on dashboard. I contacted immediately and informed them the situation. Then the good communication went silence. I try to solve the issue with this dealer but couldn't get in contact. After several attempts I decided to contact my finance company. They sent an IVIS mechanic and it turns out the vehicle was already faulty when they sold me. They cleared the engine light with diagnostic tool and sold it to me. So after a while the light came on again. I am still trying to solve the problem with finance company but as I have been informed dealer is not responding to them. They're prolonging the process. Long story short, try to avoid them if you can.

Spend your money elsewhere

Fine until they have your money, then when you have problems with the car they don’t want to know, excuse after excuse promise after promise but do absolutely nothing, and good luck getting your money back! They ignore call and texts.
They also work with a dodgy MOT garage, I’d avoid this place like the plague.
