Excellent company and highly recommend.
Good communication throughout and excellent quality repair. My car was collected from my home and delivered back when repairs had been completed. Stephen R was very professional and asked me to check the work had been done to my satisfaction.

I needed the bodywork adapting on my car and spoke to Tom at WMB. It was an unusual request but he understood what I wanted and provided me with a quotation which I accepted. When I took the car in for the work Debbie looked after me perfectly and again when I went to collect the car after the work was completed. The job has been done perfectly and apart from the 2 members of staff I've named everybody else I spoke to at the garage was really pleasant and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anymore the service was perfect.

A big shout out to Motor Bodies Widnes (MBW) who to date have provided me with a car repair service I feel has been second to none. Though a large professional car repair service, the price they quoted was surprisingly less than some given by smaller local garages I initially took my car to for a quote. Tom is the person I have been dealing with at MBW has always been friendly, helpful and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he said the repair could be completed in a day and even happier when told he would have the car picked up and returned to me. Tom has proved true to his word and my car was back on my driveway within the time period he said it would be. Sadly, the damage I had caused proved greater than what was first thought as once the panel had been removed serious damaged to the hidden protected electronics was noted, increasing the repair costs. It also means the car needs to go back in for the part to be fitted once it has arrived at MBW from the manufacturers. I want to include in my shout out, Rachel and Rebecca who dealt with my phone calls at MBW and Andy who took away and delivered my car back to me. All were friendly, helpful and professional in their dealings with me. Thank you, my Nissan agent, for putting me in touch with MBW whose great staff and service is much appreciated.

Really efficient service, staff were friendly, understanding and had everything ready to go so no waiting around. You always get updated and if you have any queries they aim to resolve them that day.

I bought a new Nissan Micra in August 2021. The following month someone banged into it and damaged the left door seal and paint work on the left side of the car. Panels and paint work had to be renewed.
Motor bodies Widnes were extremely helpful. Advised me what repairs were needed. How long it would take and emailed me at every stage of the repair. Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful and when I collected it last week I had my new car back again. It was in perfect condition.!! Many thanks to you all.

this is my wife's page it was me her husband who worked there bill shaw it's a slave shop you get paid for what you sell, i was a painter there for a couple of month's the worst time of my working life as a painter stay clear.

It is rare that I ever write a review for a company however unfortunately this company deserves it.
After being in a non-fault car accident my car came here for repairs, it took a month and a half to get booked in and once they had "completed the repair", there were still scratches on the impact site and even on the brand new bumper they had installed. I was told they were not instructed to repair the scratches I pointed out even though this is where my car was hit. The receptionists are unknowledgeable, when asking for an update they said the didn't know what work had been done to my car.

Overall a very bad unprofessional experience with severe lack of attention to detail. I ended up having to point out every single scratch for them to repair the car fully.

I would not want this experience to happen to anyone else !

Following paint on my beautiful Mazda MX5 starting to peel and come off, I was recommended Motor Bodies by Mazda in Warrington, and they did not disappoint. Tom assured me from day 1 that my car would look like new and they would touch up all the other little scratches whilst they had my car. Following an additional accident involving my front bumper, I was again assured this too would be repaired and painted. My car now looks stunning. A big thank you to everyone at Motor Bodies! A truly friendly, professional and efficient company to deal with. I would not hesitate to return as a customer and recommend to everyone I know. They do everything to ensure your experience is second to none. Well done to everyone who is trying very hard to satisfy their customers during these challenging times.

My car got taken to motorbodies widnes after an accident on the front bumper, they updated me on every step of work that they done. Steven helped me through everything issued me a car to use while mine was being repaired, i was even cheeky enough to ask what cars they had available and the gave me the choice of cars they had available and let me pick what one i wanted. My car came out better condition than it was before the accident. When i went to give their car back and get my own steven was so helpful and kind. All the staff were lovely aswell.

I was absolutely devastated when I damaged my beautiful car which was partly due to my misjudgment and the inconsiderate owner of a flat deck lorry who had parked across our driveway. The rear door was so badly damaged and expensive to repair that I had no choice but to turn to my insurance company who advised me that it was to go to Motor Bodies Widnes for repair. I first met with a really nice man called Tom Fanning who did the initial assessment. He could see how upset I was and reassuringly told me not to worry that once the door was repaired my lovely car would be as good as new. And so it was. It was at Motor Bodies for almost 3 weeks whereby I had been given a nice near new car to go about in. Every step of the way I was emailed by Rebecca who gave me a daily account of the various stages of repair that my car was going through right up until the very end. Also during my repair journey I was assisted by Jason and Debbie. They explained everything to me even up to the point where my car was handed back over to me. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of you as well as those behind the scenes who actually did the repair. I felt that Motor Bodies had taken me into their arms and gave me the big hug that I needed when I was at my lowest with regard to my misfortune. My car is as good as new and as Tom told me at the beginning you wouldn't know that anything had happened to it. I would highly recommend Motor Bodies Widnes and I highly commend their staff for the care and attention that they gave to me along the way.
