Disappointing customer service
Disappointing customer service. Ordered a product via Motornuts that was to be shipped from a wholesaler direct to me. Email enquiry about any tracking information went unanswered. Nothing arrived within the specified timescale and still with no answer to email I called up and was told "i'll be calling you back in 5 minutes" but no response by the end of the day. Next day was told "we have to go through a few people to find out any tracking information". Another 48 hours and still no update, no responses to email so I cancelled the order, which was then delivered the next day. It was subsequently collected with a refund being provided. Paige in the support team was helpful, but the folks supposed to give me any information weren't able to do that, which left me with no confidence they were bothered. I was able to order an equivalent part from another retailer that was shipped and delivered with tracking information in under 48 hours.
Great customer service
We ordered some paint for our car and the registration was recorded incorrectly. I tried to resolve it by email but phoned when I wasn’t satisfied with the response. The gent that I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful, resolved the issue and was happy to send the correct paint. The gent was friendly and professional and I would always encourage a phone call instead of email. Thank you for your service motornuts.

One improvement might be more information such as dispatch confirmation and expected delivery date/time

Took order no problem, but then the problems started.
Asked multiple times for a tracking number, I'm on the 7th day today and it should be here within 4-5 days. No replies to emails, been on hold now for 30 mins. Customer service is a bit of a joke. I really wish I'd checked their reviews before spending over £200 with them

Absolute joke, paid for priority next day shipping and was missing items. Rang and they said it was a mistake with the shipping team.

Tried to enquire about my order. sent 2 emails no reply rang up got put on a perpetual rota of press 1 or 2 or 3 didn't actually get to speak to anyone .on receipt of my order gave me a tracking no.for royal mail who did not recognise it

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered paint and paid for express delivery which then took ten days to arrive. Missed the deadline for work on the van. Never replied to any e mail. Rang the office and was promised a reply which of course never happened.
Misleading and rude.
Website advised I needed one product, this was wrong and colour didn’t match. Help desk said I needed a further 2 items, I questioned this and got a really rude and aggressive email from a manager with lots of words in capitals. Have since had the correct item from a lovely company who couldn’t have been nicer. Avoid!

Spoke to a very unhelpful women who had no interest in being helpful or even telling us which carrier we could use as product is considered hazardous material. Feel ripped off by Motor Nuts by them sending us the much lower value product then we paid for which reading other reviews, it's common practice.

sent the wrong items because someone there cant read plain english, cost me time and money which i dont have either, totally useless company and will never ever recommend or use again. would leave no stars but it wont allow me to go forward otherwise. ordered brake cleaner and its on delivery note put in box with items sent which was clear grease (how can you get it so wrong unless you dont have quality control when packing or someone cant read plain english) can get my money back as was bought through amazon but also finding them just as bad, going to keep as worth more so will sell locally and get my money back, awful company to deal with (motornuts) and if you can dont order anything from them, there are other better companies out there who can supply,have sourced brake cleaner locally and cheaper so can get on with the job in hand no thanks at all to motornuts crappy service and person on phone there.

Shocking customer service!! Do not use. Ordered wheels and tyres. Turns out they had priced them wrong on the internet. Called me to say I can either have a refund or pay difference. Attitude to customer poor on the phone, but after reading reviews I guess their very use to dealing with disappointed customers. Avoid would be my advice

Do not use this company unless you enjoy frustration, lack of customer service, and failure. They failed to deliver the paint I ordered, blamed it on Hernes, took no responsibility and refused a refund.

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I had no idea that they had such a poor reputation. Still not received my order despite Hermes tracking saying it was delivered but with no proof. Have asked for refund but the lady I spoke to was very evasive. would not recommend this company.

Ordered on 7th August, no paint and no refund even after numerous telephone calls and emails, just to be fobbed off. Would not recommend and wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from this company. Now taking out a dispute with PayPal to try and get my refund.

They take your money and lie, saying they have sent your item, then blame it on Royal Mail, still waiting 19 days after ordering my item....
I've escalated to PayPal, so hopefully will be refunded.
No problems with customer services
No problems with customer services as they responded within 2 days when I asked where my paint was. It finally arrived after 11 days. We had fantastic weather for doing the touch up but it took so long to arrive the forecast is for days of rain. My problem is that they use Hermes. If I had ordered this from China I would have managed to receive it and paint my car in less time than Hermes took to deliver.
I suggest they ditch Hermes and charge a little more and use Royal Mail

APPALLING SERVICE ! I ORDERED A PAINT STICK, THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COLOUR MATCH. I SENT HE NAME AND INFO ON WHAT THE PAINT WAS. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE BLANKED MY EMAILS !! NO REFUND, NO MORE CONTACT . AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
