Easy end-to-end selling experience. The website is very easy to use and get a quote, and the quote offered by Motorpoint was the highest I was able to get from the main online websites.
I was able to get an appointment a few days later at the nearest branch. Granted, the nearest branch was 80 miles from me, but that’s not their fault.
I had an early morning appointment, so I was one of the first people to arrive and didn’t have to wait around long to be seen and for the car to be taken in by a mechanic to be checked over. About an hour later one of the assistants gave me an updated price based on a few cosmetic defects they found with the car. This did knock on some £ off the original quote, but it was still a very good price.
Once agreed, the money was in my bank account within a couple of hours, and this was on a Saturday! Based to their website I wasn’t expecting the money to arrive until the next working day.
All in all, a good experience and would recommend Motorpoint as a place to sell your car.
