Will never go anywhere else again when it comes to cars, what an amazing dealership and staff alike!

I genuinely couldn’t be happier to have found Motorpoint Portsmouth when looking for my new car.. the customer service is unmatched as is the vehicle quality and standards of care before during and after sale. From just walking in one day with a rough idea what I wanted to then leaving a few days later over the moon with the most amazing new car, Charlie and Harley helped me with all any any queries/worries etc and have literally made my car dreams come true! I was also helped by Regan while Charlie was off (Josh briefly too) and I cannot fault a single one of them in any way, such lovely trustworthy and professional people. I’d like to also take a moment to thank the branch manager Laura as there was a slight complication with my application and she was so accommodating and patient throughout and I really couldn’t be more grateful to them all! I was also given a great price for my part exchange which made everything so easy with that, never mind that i’m absolutely in love with my car! Have already recommended to friends & family that they come here! 1000/10 service all round, I’m so happy, thank you so so much :) x
