I drove past the other day and noticed two employees shout "Get your vaccine passports ready" in order to enter. This is not a legal requirement and is pure discrimination against those who are unable to get vaccinated for whatever reason.

Absolutely disgraceful. I'm vaccinated but I would never support discrimination and they will never get my custom.

LAW SUPERSEDES POLICY

I worked with them and did shifts up to 12 hours and had no breaks and then got taken money off me for “having breaks”. The investigating officer was informed and told me I was lying. It’s a very big thing when they take money off someone who’s on minimum wage on there feet all day. I’m glad to be away from this criminal robbing company.

my daughter was manhandled by security in the disability section my daughter tried saying to the security that she a ticked please ask my mum they refused. marched her down stairs. someone on the door recognized her and they let her go i made a complaint they dismissed it like nothing wrong was done i complained again and they upheld nothing happened despite having CCTV footage showing otherwise. bottom line is don't use the disability section unless their is lots of you and don't go on your own as the security will punish you

Perfect for concerts. Good space and great view of the stage.Bar staff haven't a clue !!

Being disabled it is very hard going anywhere.
Having an Autistic son makes this even harder.

My son is 16yrs old, he is Iron Maiden mad, he loves their music, but due to his complex issues he has only ever seen videos or listened on radio or CD.
He is diagnosed ADHD, ASD, Epileptic and suffers from extreme anxiety and social issues, this was his 1st ever gig.
I am also disabled.

We managed to get tickets for the Iron Maiden gig, expecting never to actually make it to the event or to have to leave during.

The accessibility team was exceptional, from the stewards to the lift attendant who took us to our seats and pointed out where everything was.
It took only a short time to enter through the heightened security and to be seated, in a fantastic section on the 2nd floor, right at the front balcony with an awesome view.
As my son struggles with crowds, even cafes & restaurants and buses or trains are no go areas, walking in town is extremely difficult. We were expecting problems, but the area we were placed in was spacious and had a fantastic view with only a small number of people nearby, we had full view of the crowd below which you could see my son pull away from even though we were 2 floors above.

The speed of entry, security, seating, view, staff, toilets etc were exceptional.
My son managed not only to stay the whole gig but even wants to go again! This from someone we can't take into have a McDonald's...

Motorpoint arena Cardiff staff are amazing, really made a big difference in my son's life, they have opened up an opportunity that there was no way I thought he would manage.
Now he has the knowledge and experience that will help him realise he can do these things that others take for granted.

The intimate nature if the CIA Motorpoint arena Cardiff staff is not to be underestimated, it is awe inspiring.
