I've already left a review a few months…
I've already left a review a few months ago but i feel I've got no were with my responses from Motors. If they allow traders to advertise as TRUSTED SELLERS then motors should take some responsibility when things go wrong. I like many people have read this statement and took it that the dealer is to be trusted when in reality it's far from the case. I've had issues with a car I was scammed with from Sha Car sales in Bridgnorth. His registered address comes back to a fish and chip shop. He is using 3 different names and various addresses to scam people out of claiming any money back making it difficult to use small claims court. I'm having to pay yet again as this sham dealer has just changed the name of his business with it showing on company house as only being open 13 days when I bought my car in February. Do not trust anything advertised on the Motors website. I would even question the date. And don't bother trying to complain to them. It's the usual we take this and that seriously blah blah blah when I reality they don't care. They are just a business making money regardless !!!

This company is a fraud they wanted to…
This company is a fraud they wanted to sell me a car. I paid with my card then apparently part of one payment they received and another part of my payment was put on hold because they had problems with their account and some fraudulent activity any may take up to 21 days. I wanted a refund Mohammed the guy that dealt with said he will refund my money then after he went missing. It’s been over 20 days I was chasing for my refund now his saying he didn’t he didn’t receive it and doesn’t know and advised to claim from my bank. What a fraud and lier after all my hard work and cost he didn’t refund my money and went missing. Do not use this company the are fraud and sell faulty cars

Avoid this garage
Avoid this garage – sold me a faulty car and now ignoring me!
I bought a Nissan Juke from this garage, and shortly after, multiple problems started to appear — issues that should have been spotted before the sale. I’ve tried contacting them several times by phone and message, but they’ve completely ignored me. No support, no responsibility, no response. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
