Car was purchased though these and it’s been an absolute nightmare for me. I am taking action. Copious amounts of issues with it and also discovered the engine light has been soldered off! Not willing to act on it so taking it to trading standards!!!

RAC inspection
booked an RAC inspection at over
£500 in relation to a vehicle at Beeches Motor Zone, Keighley for Tuesday 10th June 2025.
RAC are saying the car was not available for inspection. Beeches Motor Zone are saying it was. RAC did not carry out the very expensive inspection.
Someone is falsifying the chain of events from either RAC or Beeches and personally due to this experience clearly cannot trust either company.
The RAC Executive team failed to uphold my complaint but as an organisation were clearly happy to take my £500+ without doing the job I paid them to do citing T&Cs
Nightmare experience with both organisations and as feel I cannot trust either the same review is being uploaded for both organisations

Attention dealers looking to advertise on Motors
If you are looking to advertise on Motors or any of the their related sites (Cazoo/Parkers) as a dealership, I urge you to look very carefully at what you are being offered relative to other advertising providers. You have to pay for a premium package if you want a link back to your own website, it isn't in the cheaper packages. This is a huge flaw in how people purchase in my opinion. We found the 3 month initial contract offered no serious leads at all, this was while we were selling across other major platforms without issues. They claim to have millions of visitors per month, however 2 of the sites they offer to list you on were just redirects/mirrors of their main site so this was misleading (at the time of our contract). Also with their listing on eBay & Gumtree for you, you can list their yourself for a very small sum per car each month if you register directly with them. We spent 3 times what we do on much better sites that are tailored to cars that actually generate real buyers. After cancelling in the first month, they insisted we pay the full 3 months, so do your research and insist they give you a 1 month contract at the outset so you are not locked in if it doesn't work out in month 1. After cancelling within a few days of the start of our contract, due to the extremely poor performance of the package, they offered no help in turning the relationship around.
Once the 3 months were over (and they had the last invoice paid in full by us) they tried to pressure us to rejoin with a 1 month contract at a 35% discount! Insist on getting this from the outset if you really do want to experiment with Motors, my advice is to not give them any of your dealerships money and look elsewhere for more effective advertising.
