Absolutely amazing service ! Gave my car in for a service . They picked it up from my house and delivered it back - added bonus was it was sparking clean ! Loved the service so much that I joined the motor club . Would recommend Motorserv to all .. there’s a reason why Motorserv has won so many awards !
I recently took my car in for an MOT and service with Motorserv, as per usual the process was swift and easy. Dropped my car off and then waited for the text to come through for the free vehicle health check. This time around I was unfortunate enough to need quite a lot of work to my car. So, instead of carrying on with that I had a look at the cars for sale. I spoke to Ahsan who was fantastic through the process. I was able to look at the car and gave feedback about areas of the car that I wanted to be up to my standards which they sorted out for me!
The whole process of selling and purchasing was very smooth, I got a good deal on the trade in value for my previous car and although there have been a few issues with the new car Ahsan and Simon have been taking it in their stride to sort the issues out quickly.
Just purchased a Land Rover defender, Great salesman lovely car - so far! a little bit of a wait for paperwork and spare keys to arrive - could be improved but maybe this was because i wanted the car in double quick time agreed sale Friday and picked up Saturday morning!!
Was told that the vehicle didn't need a service for 2 years and the day after i drove it away i get a warning on the dash saying it needs doing in 1900 miles.
Also found an issue with the brakes and I’m still waiting for this to be resolved many months after purchasing the vehicle
I purchased a BMW 640D M Sport, by the help of Bartosz Brodacki, who I found to be very helpful with updates via email and telephone communications on the build-up of the car before purchase. He has a lot of knowledge and is very polite. He showed me the key functions of the cars onboard computer, which was well demonstrated. His attention to detail with the paperwork, history of the car and handover was smooth. Will I deal with this company again? I probably will and recommend to my friends and family.
I purchased a car from Motor Serve based on their reviews. It put me at ease buying online, the car was delivered. Until this point, they were attentive, full of communication and customer service.
The car was delivered, and was fine for a couple of months, until I had to get it MOT’d. (They should have done this before delivering, but didn’t)
The car failed miserably, with some serious and dangerous warnings, I was told I couldn’t drive it. This is a car that I’d been driving my family round in, for weeks.
They picked it up, and took it back to be fixed, nothing special here, they are legally bound to do this.
I’m now in week 4 of no proactive contact, I’ve had one reply to six emails, to say ‘the part is coming tomorrow’.
And out of the blue, a call and email ‘can you ring us to sort delivery?’…. It’s on me to ring you is it?
A day and a half later, more emails, still nothing.....
I've still not had anything like a ‘Sorry for the inconvenience’ or ‘apologies for the dangerous car’.
Impossible to recommend Motor Serve. Very poor, disappointing customer service and communication and a car which clearly wasn’t safe to be on the road when they sold it me.
I sold my car through Motorserv Uk, the Solihull Branch. After my car had sold I was promised payment within 5 days. It has now been nearly a month and I have still not received payment. There has been o explanation or reason as to why. For the past 2 weeks I have been ringing up daily. At first it was excuses such as "I will speak tomy manager and ensure they get you paid". Now, the salesman will not even take my calls.
Update: I have now been paid, but not within the timeframe that they promised.

Yesterday I purchase a BMW X4, I found Bartosz to be a polite young man with integrity. There was No hard sale and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'm more than happy with my purchase and would recommend the dealership.
I had my car MOT and service but to get the MOT I had to have the brake rotor change front and back with new brake pads, I had to remove the rear wheel to my horror none of the slide pin dust cap was put back on. It is there for a reason to stopped water ingress and dirt. I consider this as stolen parts whether you stole £8 out of someone pocket, glove box or in parts it stolen. £8 that how much it cost me on ebay to buy the parts. I took the slide pin out clean it grease it with silicon grease and put the new dust cap on. I did not do the hub carrier because it a big jobs for another time. If the garage had done the jobs properly then I would not have to do the jobs I paid for. Does any customer Jack up their car to check if the jobs have been done properly?. It the service Manager jobs to Quality control every car that leave the workshop. e.g If a car comes in with five lugs nuts it leave with five lugs nut not 4. Initially I found the rear wheel locking nut near the end of the thread so I check all of them. I spent £759 and they had the car for one and a half days and could not do the jobs properly. They were too ashamed to reply to me. To do the same jobs at home would have taken me about 4hrs for the brake because I only have a trolley jack and work 2ft off the floor. and I would clean the hub carrier and grease the part where the brake pads slide. The dust cap only take about 2 second to put back on. These sort of thing happen in the 1960 and in third world country where mechanic steel parts off one car and used it on another you be lucky even if you had the same engine. If garages did a good jobs there be no complaint. I know how to do these jobs it just age have caught me up. Just because they wash the car afterward does not mean the jobs have been done properly it just mean the following year the customer would have to pay more and parts that was left out on previous service. If I had my way that mechanic would be out the door with his P45. I am an electronic engineer and these thing do not happen in the electronic Industry. No unit leave the work place if it is incomplete.
If the garage had to work to FAA rule every one involve would have lost their job included the guy who just drive the car into the work shop and out.
Company had to beg for their licensees before. I would like to Know what standard are they working to.
Maybe the cheapest around but customer service is appalling, I dropped my car of today at 8.30am & at 12.30pm was told they can't do MOT due to the stuff in the boot, absolutely disgusting won't be using them again. The guy actually watched me fill the boot because he said they needed to get at seat belts so he knew the boot was full..

Excellent customer service with MR. Bart at motorserve from the test drive and purchase car preparation first class I will be back very soon for next car for my sister
Stay well away from these scammers!! Took my car in for a service and mot, as a female they thought it would be a good idea to scare me telling me that I would need to get all the red flagged items they put on my diagnosis which would cost £800!!! They told me over the phone that my car would fail the mot. After telling them to do the service and to leave the mot as I wanted to take it somewhere else, they still did it and luckily for me it passed without even an advisory.

Hassan was the person I was working with and help me along the way to getting my new car the Service he provided was legendary definitely would come back to this dealership when it’s time to upgrade every one was helpfully but Hassan was the reason I left with a great car and deal
Highly recommend this company especially if you go with my man Hassan
Tried buying a car from them was going to get it financed had all the paperwork done on my end
Was going to pick it up on the 29/04/22
The customer service was good the car looked lovely and nice told me the car was all singing and dancing with no problems they where going to give if They where giving it one more service before I go there only to be told today that the car need a new timing chain that it is rattling and needs replacing
So because of that they can’t sell me the car and good on them for that for not selling a car that not up to scratch
But they should of done all the checks on the car before placing an add and not waiting till the last minute to tell someone that they can’t sell it to you because the didn’t check the vehicle over
All I’m saying is get the checks done before you put an add out for the car
I now have a week to find a car that I want

Booked MOT and Service. Yesterday I rang to explain that I'd had a family emergency and would have to separate the two inspections. I specifically said that I couldn't bring car in until 9.30 am and would have to collect at about 2.00 pm. I was assured this would be fine and that my message would be forwarded to service centre. An hour later I had a call asking me if I was still coming for joint inspections. I repeated my predicament and was assured it would be fine. Bring the car about 9.30 am. I arrived today at 9.40 to be greeted by a member of team who still thought I was having MOT and Service and berated me for not arriving at 8.30 am, in front of his colleagues. I repeated id got family issues and would need the car by 2.00pm. He remained unconcerned and said it would be ready when it was ready. I eventually got it back at 4.50 having phoned twice for a time to collect.Good thing i postponed the Service element! I felt very foolish when I was berated, and my situation was totally ignored. I won't be using them again!!
Absolute con artists avoid at all costs! Took my car in to have the window looked at. They decided to do a full investigation which I didn’t ask for and when they sent me the prices for everything it was £1800…the car window motor was £400. When I called to say I was getting a second opinion and didn’t want the work I was told I would have to pay £45 for the investigation as they ‘don’t work for free’ whilst being really rude on the phone. whilst I fully appreciate this I asked for them to look at my window not the whole car. To top it off as part of the £1800 worth of works, I need new air con gas. But I don’t have air con…avoid!!

The excellent customer care and support is beyond words
I can’t thank Josh Simon and Kamran enough for everything they do to support my voluntary community work They really do go beyond the call of duty and more than the extra mile to help. I cannot recommend Motorserve enough for anyone needing to purchase or service/MOT their cars. God bless you with increased success!
Motorserv built a great reputation quickly with their cheap MOTS & good service, fast forward a few years and a lot has changed. The cheap MOT remains but the service is sub par. A service & MOT quickly turned into a 4 figure bill, with lots of work presented as required to pass the MOT when it was not required - this was independently verified.
They had no interest in discussing or resolving issues, only after money. Also tried to charge for work that wasn't carried out. AVOID.
