I believe they call themselves…

I believe they call themselves engineers. My belief is that they would be better off closing the branch, and perhaps have a go at pruning bushes, or something not too taxing.
I brought my wife's Fiesta in, they commented it required new tyre. This meant that they messed up the tyre pressure sensor, not only on that car but two others! I have been waiting for a sensor to come in for two months. I asked for the name of their director, in order that I may make an official complaint. I did manage to get his name, but no one knows where he's based! Avoid this company like the plague - Don't say I didn't warn you!

Took my partner's fiesta in for an MOT…

Took my partner's fiesta in for an MOT and it failed on rear shock absorbers leaking very slightly , as a former MOT tester myself , i wouldn't have failed them , but i know every tester has different standards.
I wasn't charged for the MOT failure ( which is great ) I completed the work , but Motorserve couldn't fit me in for a retest for about two weeks ( a bit disappointing considering it was a retest )
the test was carried out no problem . I booked my Focus in today for an MOT , it passed without a problem.
I have used them for a few years now and not really had any issues.Service is good , always polite.

very helpful staff, some of the quoted works are perhaps priced a bit too highly but when I found a cheaper price elsewhere they were happy to price match.

Excellent!!!

Car picked up from my home (roughly 6 miles away) and delivered back to me same day following, MOT service and repairs. Friendly staff - sent me a video of the free car health check. highly recommend

I use Motorserv for ALL my car needs - MOT, servicing and sales.

I can't recommend them highly enough - they're affordable, they care, and they look after their customers.

And, thanks to their Gold plan, they make servicing a lot more affordable than it would otherwise be.

Get a second opinion

I have used this dealership for servicing and maintenance since 2015, when it previously operated as iAuto. I’ve been fairly pleased with the level of service , but my last experience has caused me to go elsewhere in future.
The garage reported several red issues with my vehicle that needed urgent attention, including new clutch,brakes and battery. if I had allowed them to do the ‘urgent’ rectification work, it would have cost me over £2000. I obtained advice from two other garages and they informed me that the vehicle had no such faults, apart from an advisory (not urgent) replacement of pad and discs. In fact , this was over a year ago and the car has not suffered at all from the ‘urgent’ issues reported by MotorServ.
My advice is simple. Beware of any red urgent issues reported by this garage, get a second opinion otherwise you could be faced with hefty , unnecessary repair bills.
You have been warned!

If you leave a bad review they go straight to trustpilot and report it as defamatory. If your so confident in everything you do then why not leave 1 bad review up. COWBOYS.

Hi Hussain. Thanks for your very detailed and opinionated review. Our fail rate average is 20% and dvsa national average is 27%. Our MOT testers - we have 4 full time, test every car the same and every failure is recorded on video. Our prices are up to 40% cheaper than dealers. Our cars for sale are all hpi clear and are sourced from our customers on the main, we do not buy unseen from auction like most.. we also don’t have a Bodyshop or repair department so we can’t repair damaged cars. It seems you have a real bee in your bonnet about something. Were you not happy that you bought your car from a car supermarket and it’s failed it’s mot? Give us a call- we can help and smooth this over for you. If you failed your mot, it would have been free. No other garage in the UK does that. Thanks again for your review though, feedback good or bad is all useful. Happy holidays, have a great time. Hope you get your Car back on the road soon. 👍

Trustworthy, reliable car dealers

My experience with Motor Serv is nothing but positive. Bart was very attentive, extremely helpful and was very accommodating. He went above and beyond as well as offering a box of chocolates when the deal was sealed. Love my car. Trustworthy and reliable company. Bart is definitely an asset to Motor Serv Team.

I would give 0 stars if i could

I would give 0 stars if i could. Went in for a service and for the heater to be fixed. £445 later i was told the car was complete. The complimentary valet hadnt been done and the heater is blowing out cold air when its set to 29 degrees. Motorserves reponse is that it is blowing out air so that means the heater is working! A heater is meant to blow out heat. Not impressed!

Poor experience

They changed my thermostat, but I feel I was also conned into a repair done that was not needed (water pump 'changed' where no coolant leak was visible prior to the visit) .

Subsequently I had to return to have an oil leak fixed. They kept my car for two weeks only to turn out the fault remained unrepaired... To make matters worse, the oil tank was left empty and had I not checked it before driving off, the engine would have been scrap metal.

Communication wise, a lot amiss- the moment they figured out the second repair had to be on their cost, they would not update me and I had to ring several times to get a reliable timescale for the repair which in the end was not completed!

If you care about your car, spare yourself trouble and don't even consider visiting them.

Fantastic service from beginning to end

Booking my car in with Motorserv Solihull was so easy! There was a short online enquiry and within 10 minutes I'd had a call back and my car was booked in for the next day to be collected and delivered back so I didn't even have to visit the premesis. My car ended up requiring a lot of work and the two video's sent by the technicians ( I think Aidan or Adam and Jack?) were both simple to understand and informative - they even showed the components that needed replacing so there was complete transparency which was reassuring. My car was also valeted to a high standard (initials RG) - the cleanest it's been I think since I drove it out of the showroom! Alex, who I dealt with was very helpful - he answered all my queries and was informative and patient every step of the way. I am extremely impressed with every aspect of their service and I will definitely be using them again and again.

Fantastic from start to finish
I'm not usually one for leaving reviews (good or bad), but thought I needed to this time. I came across these guys on Facebook and took a look at the stock on line. You can ask questions via live chat, any questions that can't be dealt with a sales person called you back with the answers.

I dealt with Jack and he was superb and he wasn't the stereotypical used car salesman 😁 He was knowledgeable about the cars and like all sales people they try to sell certain extras which is to be expected but he wasn't pushy with it and he was just letting you know the choices available. Would I recommend them...he'll yes. Fantastic service from start to finish.

PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!!

PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!!! The worst experience i ever had. I PAID 500£ for cambelt replacement for my audi a4. And after cambelt replacement, my car start shaking on stationary position. I went back there They said its gearbox flywheel :D Are you serious ? I had no problems with shaking before cambelt replacement. Anyway i went to centralaudivw to check gearbox , they said everyting is perfect with your gearbox (and i paid again..), so i went back to them, they checked my car and said that my cambelt is ok, and probably they didnt even check it properly, they did everyting to not fix my car, and i stil dont even know what they did to my car!!! And now i have to go to other garages to see what they did!!
They DAMAGED MY Bumper as well, and they left my bumper with no bolts on driver side. And there was a connector plug, and they didnt connect him, now my front sensors struggling to work. My engine cover was poured with something like white paint, i dont know what was that. When i came to collect it i found a white bag on my seat, and my car bonnet and doors was with black fingerprints everywhere(they said they will wash my car :D) I paid almost 1,5k£ in total, because i changed brake discs brake pads all 4 + brake fluid as well + service. My har had no problems before them, I really REGRET that i gave my car to them. PLEASE AVOID THEM AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!
