A fault identified at the back seat usb port. We didnt use the back seat usb port for over a month hence only found out that it was completely broken and raised it straightaway.
They denied the fault saying nothing was identifed at the point of sale. Common sense, I wouldnt break my own car after purchasing and spend my time to raise it and potentially take the car to the garage.
Disgraceful response and behaviour. I would avoid them at all costs if you want a proper after sales support

These car "salesman" are not even 1 star. I just couldn't give zero!
Silver tongued d bag took deposit from wife (non native) coz he thought he saw an easy chance to sell a crap car with crazy high insurance (Japan import).
Couldn't insure so he insisted on hanging onto deposit with the promise of calling her when he had something suitable in near future... phone call never came. That was months ago.
When challenged by me he replied she would never get it back..
We'll see..
