Bought a vw golf sv from them upon viewing the car the boot floor was missing I said will be replaced they said yes there is 1 on order which is lies every time I try to phone them I get no answer and I tried 1 time and got kids answer the phone not very professional at all I would not recommend buying off these bunch of cowboys
I have recently purchased a car from Quayside Cars , and I cannot recommend them enough. The service was fantastic , especially from Tom . Nothing was to much trouble , and I am delighted with my car . I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to give this business a try . I would definitely buy from them again .

Legal Action Pending
Bought car beginning March 24. Delivered with not even enough vapours to drive to garage. They took it for new fuel pump & I picked up a few days later. Not correctly fitted so asked mechanic to inspect vehicle. Broken drive shaft & multiple faults. Quayside accepted responsibility & offered to pay for parts but refused to pay full labour costs for repairs. Offered to repair inhouse but I would have to pay for transporter. 5 times I've asked for refund & return vehicle. They just ignore me. NOW have legal action lodged at small claims court to recover refund despite it being my consumer rights due to vehicle being unsafe, unsatisfactory & not in roadworthy condition.
