Jeep grand Cherokees

I bought a red jeep Cherokee on November 10th.
When it was been delivered, the engine light came on and it was returned. It was finally delivered on November 22nd. I was told a sensor was fitted so everything should be fine. But a few days later the engine light came on I took it to my mechanic and he ran diagnostics and found it was the exhaust temperature sensor had an issues. Later the electronic throttle light came on. I won't lie the motor is all good. But they said it was serviced. But I had to pay £650 to sort out issues that should have been sorted before the vehicle was sold to me.
I don't have anything negative comments.
I just think I shouldn't have issues so quickly.

Undisclosed fault

Purchased a car 2 years ago. The car has only drive 60 miles since purchase (bought for son who never learnt to drive). The roof had been previously repaired and failed this summer, the filler that had been used cracked and erupted over the whole roof exposing the metal beneath. The garage are not interested and told us "they knew nothing about it" therefore it's not their problem. Now starting legal proceedings.
