No happy customer and unprofessional installation buy and fit the Pandora professional car alarm for my car, remove my outside rubber caps to pass the alarm electrical cables from inside to outside, on the top of electrical door spin connections and I have a watter infiltration inside the car with the electrical door spin connection corrosion please sorry, I hope to halp somebody please sorry, thank you very much and have a good day bye !

I want to warn others about the Pandora representative in Valencia (Auto Disign España).
We brought our Range Rover Sport 2017 for a Pandora installation — the work was unprofessional, unfinished, and the glove box was broken. Some electrical components were left loose and unmounted.

Later, we had to repair the glove box and restore the wiring in Germany.
We contacted Pandora representatives in Slovakia, Moscow, and Poland — none of them provided any real response or assistance.

We used to trust Pandora and installed their systems on many vehicles, but after this experience, our confidence in the brand is completely lost.
No support, no responsibility — very disappointing.
