Just picked up a green bike. Turns out green lids are tough to find these days. Motostorm was practically GIVING these AGVs away. (K1 Krypton green, K3 Rossi Mugello 2018) One Large, had to snug it up a little by replacing cheek pads.. One Medium, tight, but should break in perfectly. Even after shipping, this was a Two for One deal! Motostorm is hard to beat when they're on their game. (Please disregard my previous review!)
Order 589770, on Dec 8th still hasn't shipped. Emailed twice and received no response. Finally got back to me. Quicker responses would be greatly appreciated.

I have ordered 2 helmets from 29 November. It would be delivered to me on 3 weeks and i dont have them yet. I have sent many emails but they don't answer me. Only once and they told me that they were sorry and that the order would be shipped 2 days after. Nothing yet. I'm very disappointed from you Motostorm. Just destroyed my Christmas gift!!

I ordered a tinted visor for my helmet 3 and a half weeks ago. It still says its pending even tho on the website it said it would be sent within 7 days. I already sent them an email over a week ago and got no reply. My order is #589724 maybe someone can take a look into it.

i recently ordered some plstics for my bike about a week ago and havent recieved any updates at all the only email i have recieved is them saying they have recieved my order it is meant to be shipped to my address tomorrow but i highly doubt it as they haven't given me and notice or updates. does anyone have a number i can contact to get some help please?

In all honesty. After reading some of the poor reviews I was very concerned with ordering from motostorm. But to be fair, they were very helpful with me to get the right Rizoma mirrors, adapters and indicators for my S1000RR so no complaints there. The tracking was spot on and as it was shipping to the UK, I had the VAT to pay on the item and was notified through UPS Parcels and paid this via them so no bother. The parts arrived when they said they would and I've already fitted the mirrors which look amazing and the indicators will be next. My only gripe and why I didn't give 5 stars is that after I ordered and paid my money I sent a couple of enquiries and they were ignored. It would of made the difference if they had carried on with the great customer support after I paid and certainly put my mind at rest on a few matters. Overall though I have no complaints and happy to buy something from them again.
Order # 576618 I placed an order on the 27th of October and was supposed to be shipped on 1st of November is now the 8th of November no response from email and goods not shipped not good customer service.

Certainly was a bit hesitant to order after some of the negative reviews. Timely responses from customer service (Janna). UPS delivered in just under one week from Italy to Toronto Canada. UPS Tracking all the way. No issue whatsoever. Great deal on Dainese Gore Tex boots. Will shop now with confidence.
It is very unfortunate that this company continues to delay the shipment of the product. In their website it says that the product will be shipped in 7 days. I have already waited 30 days and it has not been shipped. They don't even bother to follow up with me. I have to email them for status updates. And eventhough, they have not been able to ship the product to me, in their catalog, the product still says that it will be shipped in 7 days. This is false advertising. They just pocket the money of all these orders. If they do not have the product and it will take over a month to be shipped, the product on their website should say backordered and they shouldn't charge for it until the order can be processed or have a real delivery time estimate. However, you pay for a product up front thinking that it will be shipped in 7 days. Then it never ships and nobody contacts you or give you a status update. I had to follow up with them via email multiple times to find out that they do not have it. They gave me another date and then miss that date as well.

The process of ordering/paying/receiving the product was very smooth and efficient. I made my order on Sunday and got the package on next Thursday in Budapest, Hungary so it was quick enough. The product came in perfect shape and condition as expected.

I ordered the Zard Italian made slip on exhaust pipes for a 2015 Triumph Bonneville SE (Newchurch edition). Although these were probably a little more expensive than the Norman Hyde pipes might have been, the price was close enough to take a chance. There are virtually no available online customer reviews of these Zard pipes for the Bonneville. I am completely happy and satisfied with Motostorm as the vendor/seller. Easy ordering, prompt shipment and excellent packaging to the US. The pipes themselves will get a more complete review on the Triumph owner site--they were not perfect, but with the "baffles" removed the sound is just glorious--very much like the restored 1971 Norton 750 Commando I owned for many years. I would gladly order product from Motostorm again. I recognize that some customers have reported less than perfect experiences, but mine was great.
Very happy with the price, service, and shipping speed from Motostorm. First they had exactly what I wanted for a better price than anyone here in the US. Fitting info was spot on and my pants fit perfect. They shipped my package so fast it made it from Italy to Arizona, U.S. in only 6 days! Very happy with my experience with Motostorm.
Made an order on the 10th of September and was quoted to ship out on the 19th of September. It is 25th of September now and have not received any information on my order as to why it has been delayed or anything. Seems like the company is quick to receive payment but then takes their sweet time to get you your product.

Ordered a Mivv Exhaust on the 31st August, order was supposed to be shipped few days later but was delayed to 20th September due to inavibility of stock. Now, after writing an email, dmed on Instagram I have yet to receive any response from them. Order is yet to be processed...

Order reference #566825 Similar to the previous review, I ordered my item on September 9th and it was supposed to be shipped on September 20th according to their tracking. The tracking currently says the order is still in process. It’s September 21st today. I have tried to email them twice with no response. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems but this trend seems to be more prevalent looking at the reviews. Had I known this, I would not have ordered from them. My money has already been debited but it has not shipped yet. I will have to file a fraudulent claim if I don’t hear back shortly.
