They are selling what they don't have stocked

Placed an order on 20th May (#628085). Website said 3 to 5 days to dispatch. Date is now 29th and I have had no update to the order and no response to my email requesting a refund.
I would like a refund now please!
It is disingenuous to advertise goods as in stock when they aren't.

Don’t expect a response! …Still awaiting a refund ????

Hmmm ordered a pair of motorcycle trousers. On the 13 May, there dispatch states by 21 May. However, goods still in processing???? Three emails sent requesting delivery date, nil response! Now 23 May. Fed up, frustrating with no response! Will try again to contact. If unsuccessful I will be cancelling order!!!!!

Returned goods, and I am still awaiting my refund some 9 weeks later after purchase. Absolute joke. No reply now to my emails. Avoid. I also got stung for additional shipping and import taxes, with no hope of getting that back! £54.44 for the worse. WHERES MY REFUND 🤬

Horrible experience… ordered a $500…

Horrible experience… ordered a $500 Nexx Wst3 Carbon Pro helmet. Order #616757. It said on the website the helmet will ship within 7 days… then delayed to 14 days… now it’s almost been 2 months!!! I ordered on April 10th still nothing!!!! I send multiple emails & it takes them at least 5-7 Days to respond!!! It’s insane, they just keep delaying the shipping blaming it on Nexx… in reality if the product is not in stock you shouldn’t advertise as in stock!!!! I either want my helmet NOW or a refund… this is ridiculous. When I comment on their insta page they delete my comments, feels like I got scammed

Ordered a Helite H-Moov Airbag on the…

Ordered a Helite H-Moov Airbag on the 10th May 2024 it cost me EUR 744.90 order number 625256. It’s been coming to 2 weeks and I have had no updated for delivery as well as no replies to 2 Emails I have sent to their customer service. Was indicated ship out on 16 May 2024 then switched to late deliveries.

At this stage I would like my money back so I can order item from a more reliable place as it was time sensitive, I wanted it for my holiday at the end of the month.

Please conduct 100% refund else i will file dispute with credit card.

After 1st review, Motorstorm replied and informed that delivery was programmed on 19 Jun 2024. I decided to wait till the given ship out date. When the given ship out date 19 Jun 2024 arrived, I requested for tracking the AWB, instead was told that the revised ship out date is 31 July 2024. This is when I decided on order cancellation and demand 100% refund.

Seems this company is operating like a money laundry scheme, where they wanted consumers to make payment and yet entice you to cancel your own order.

Utterly disappointed to deceive genuine customers, avoid at all costs

Ordered a Mivv exhaust on the 3rd May…

Ordered a Mivv exhaust on the 3rd May it cost me £201 order number 623109. It’s been 2 weeks and I have had no updated for delivery as well as no replies to 2 Emails I have sent to their customer service. At this stage I would like my money back so I can order as exhaust from a more reliable place as it was time sensitive, I wanted it for my holiday at the end of the month.

This is the worse company ever.

This is the worse company ever.

I ordered a new KLIM BADLANDS A3 Jacket one month ago and offcourse prepaid it.

Two weeks later i recieved a mail that it will be delayed.

This week i have triad mailing and calling them all week.

Today they answered me that there is no jacket.

I suggested the supply it from another dealer but this i could forget but they offered me to order another jacket 😂

This is what we call in sweden a fraud company!!!

Inaccurate Delivery Times

Hello everyone.
Looks like I’m not alone but I placed an order 19 April 2024. A few days later I messaged the company requesting information to ensure this would arrive on time for a charity event. Andrea responded
“Shipment has been programmed for 30-04-2024
If you wish to wait, we will ship as indicated; if otherwise you’d prefer to change the order, please reply to this email.”
It seems they are waiting for the product from the manufacturer to this date… No mention on the website that this item is back ordered. I questioned in my initial email if it was on back order, Andreas response didn’t give an answer to that. Seems Motostorm is selling an item they don’t even have stock of…Not the greatest business practice from a consumer standpoint. We are at 7 business days to date and the item is still in processing.
On a positive note. The company did apply a promotion after I ordered and ended up returning 10% of the purchase price. That’s good business.
Final note:
When orders are time sensitive and customers purchase based on that information. It’s not respectful on part of the business to make false promises in order to make money. It rattles the companies reliability and prevents repeat business. I am also from Canada if that helps anyone

They assume people know that if an item doesn’t ship within 24hrs it’s our fault we didn’t know it wasn’t in stock. Also they changed my shipment arrival date back to May 3 2024 and still it has not shipped. Empty follow through emails with no information on product arrival. Motostorm are middle people and just collectors of money, no actual care for customers it seems

Premier Legacy GT Carbon helmet

I wanted to buy a Premier Legacy GT Carbon helmet for 4 months and it was nowhere to be found. I even contacted Premier factory and they did not know when it will be available.

I found the helmet on Motostorm.it and I have researched all EU market. They were the only one that had XL in stock.

I ordered it on 4. 3. 11:30, it was shipped on my adress the same day on 12:35. Amazing, I was honestly surprised.

The helmet arrived perfect and I will order from them again.

If the article inventory says in stock, shipping in 24h, it actually is in stock and not like on other sites where they lie.

Also customer support is very helpful and reachable through phone call or e-mail. They match prices if found cheaper on other sites. 10/10 from me for now. :)

They do not adequately inform customers…

They do not adequately inform customers of the cost of returning goods before you purchase. If you have to return something to them, even if the item came from Italy and was made in Italy, you will be charged about 22% of the value of the goods in customs you are returning and Motostorm will deduct that from your refund. I bought boots that were of poor quality so I returned them. Not only did I pay shipping both ways, they also deducted the 22%. They know full well about this cost, as they are an Italian company doing business in Italy, but they hide it in vague language, and actually told me they have no idea of the potential amount of fees. They even asked me to falsely state the value of the product and say it was worth $50 rather than the true $165 when I returned it, saying it would "make customs pick up easier". I wouldn't and didn't. That would be deceitful. Would never by from them again. Poor customer service and deceptive practices.

This company is one of the best so far! Very fast delivery and the best price online. I made an order and 3 days later they shipped the products. I live in northern europe and 2-3 days later I got my products! I will buy from them again thats for sure!

Motostorm it and the Mytech ModelX panniers

I purchased the Mytech modelx panniers and pannier rack (32 &39L). I live in United States and took about a little less than a month which is expected as they were on back order. Received email updating me and received notifications as soon as they shipped. Items received undamaged and accurate based on description from website. The locks came with (5) keys. Instructions should also come in English as it would be helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate from Italian to English. Overall would definitely purchase from them in future and definitely would recommend them to others. For those saying they haven’t received order, I’d suggest emailing them, they respond very fast as I received the email saying item was delayed and I sent email and had a reply next day updating me and asking if I wanted to keep the order. Glad I did.

Great store excellent service

I have had 3 orders with these guys and never had a problem with them. I purchased sw motech crash bars /sump guard, mivv slip on exhaust and a puig wind screen for my VStrom 800 de. Each order was packed well and arrived as expected. Shipping was reasonable and prompt. Considering I am in Australia. Thanks Motostorm great stuff.

No delivery! No answer! Silent! ORDER #593264

Have ordered goods for approximately €500 12/22/2023. They promised delivery before New Year 2024. After the non-delivery, I tried to contact them via Skype but I had no success there. I then sent them an email on 2023-01-31 asking why they are not keeping their promises of delivery.

My email that I sent was answered on 2024-01-02 and here is their response:

"You placed an order with items that we didn't have in stock on December 22nd, so we had to order them. A lot of companies are closed for holidays since December 23rd (they will be open again between this week and the next one) so it's fot this reason that we didn't ship yet.
We are waiting for the items, when we receive them we will proceed with the shipping and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.”

The fact that motostorm did not have the product in stock was already included in the originally promised delivery date, so that argument falls through.

Judging by the response, it seems they were caught off guard by the fact that Christmas Eve is on December 24th. It's very strange to me as Italy is considered a Christian country so Christmas Eve shouldn't have been a surprise for them so that argument falls as well.

I emailed them again on 01/14/2024 and asked what the problem was this time and why they haven't shipped my items. It seems that they choose not to answer as I have not received any feedback so far on 2024-01-19.

I suspect they write their own positive reviews on Trustpilot because it's so bipolar.

We are sorry the experience at Motostorm was not as expected.
We were not caught off guard by Christmas, ours was a simple statement explaining the reason we had not shipped yet.
If we indicate shipment in a few days from the order's date it means the item is not in stock as we also clearly and plainly indicate "In stock - ships within 24 hours" when products are already in the warehouse.

On January we had severe delays with the manufacturer and all orders made since Christmas arrived at the end of January and as soon as we received everything, all orders were dispatched.

We take pride in our service, we understand it is easier to think we are trying to fool the customers when the purchase does not go as anticipated; nonetheless the majority of the feedback it's positive for a reason and that is the fact that we do work hard to make every order unique - it can happen that delays and inconveniences occur.
For those we apologize.

The ordered parts were not in stock and the website indicated a few days for shipment - given Christmas holidays most companies were closed and have just started to ship.
Shipment of your order has been programmed for this week as soon as the shoes arrive.
Once we ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We do indicate when items are available in our warehouse - they show "In stock - ships within 24 hours" once the size is chosen; otherwise we indicate "Shipment in xx days".

The item was not in stock when you placed the order on December the 27th as most companies were closed for Christmas holidays and we started receiving most items by the end of the week of January the 8th.

When an item is in stock we indicate "In stock - ships within 24 hours" for all other items we must wait for the manufacturer.
