This company is brutal

This company is brutal, I ordered a slip on exhaust 2 months ago, shipping doesn’t update they don’t respond to emails and I can’t get ahold of them by phone 🖕🏻

I ordered AIROH AVIATOR 3 SABER helmet…

I ordered AIROH AVIATOR 3 SABER helmet on 02.07.24 where in this case the product should be shipped whit in 7 days. Today is 19.07.24 where order status still says "order in progress". I have attempted to contact them by phone on 11.07.24, via email on 12.07.24, and also via their website's "submit a question" on 15.07.24 with NO response.
The customer service and communication is on ZERO level !!! (of course they get a full payment ahead)
This was my second purchase of a helmet and this time I already regret it.

So far the experience has been bad

So far the experience has not been good. Has been around 30 days and order still just says being processed. I have already been billed right away, I emailed motostorm directly and also the email to Andrea as mentioned in other reviews to do below but no response yet.. Hoping I get it shipped by the 18th but this is not looking promising. I would buy somewhere else if can.

So far...not so good

So far, it's been a week and my exhaust hasn't even shipped yet. I've sent several emails asking about status which have been ignored. Not sure if I'll get the item or not. I'd stay away!

Update: someone from Motostorm replies to this review to email her for status. I did and STILL no response. This place is a joke.

You had two items in your order, and you were informed that one of them was unfortunately late. You asked us to ship only the available item and so we proceeded as requested.

After that, you changed idea and even though the shipment had already left, we tried to help you and to satisfy your request we returned the package.

Possible scam? Zero customer service

Ordered a jacket 19 days ago and it has been labeled as "order in progress" that entire time while they have had my money. I have attempted to contact them via email, Skype, phone number, and their website's "submit a question" thing with ZERO response. Feels more like a scam then a legitimate business, not sure if I should refund my money now or give it a bit longer. The only information I have is from the website saying that it was supposed to ship 13 days ago and its just "late".

I ordered a full exhuast for my bike…

I ordered a full exhuast for my bike last may 14 and the track order didnt move for almost 2 months now. Ive contacted them a lot of time and they said i should recieved it after 2 weeks and still nothing. And I asked them again and they told me its coming on june 23 2024 but my tracker says still in progress. This is so frustating and now i cant contact them

Ordered a helmet for a great price but…

Ordered a nexx helmet for a great price but still haven’t received any updates and have reached out twice, I ordered on June 11th and they stated it would ship by June 19th. Nothing has updated in the past 5 days, and still no response. I have reached out to both there standard support email and the andrea@motostorm email. Starting to get annoyed as I ordered this helmet so when I get my new bike on the 28th I could go ridding right away. Order reference #635368. Another 3 days since writing this and still no response in either both email or on this site. Zero communication as of June 26th, and I have check my email daily and the spam as well. So if they respond stating they reached out it is not true as of today.

July 10th update,
Another 2 weeks and no change in delivery, I have now gotten in contact with the helmet manufacturer nexx and have sent them all communications that Motostorm has had with me which is brief. They are looking into why this is delayed and what is the true story on this. They changed the original date stated above to July 10th same day as writing with no changes and no communication from them. If they cared about customers they should be reaching out with updates as to why they are behind especially when the delivery is delayed again. This is beyond horrible and I will not be doing buisness again with this company. I’m ordering the same helmet and if it arrives before they get me an update I’ll be canceling the order through PayPal.

The first time I bought on this page…

The first time I bought on this page and I liked it, the site was quite agile, my only complaint is with the description of the product, because they indicate that the helmet is sold with a clear visor, and if so, however, they did not mention that A dark visor came in the box and I bought an additional dark visor because I thought it was not included, if I had known I would have bought the blue one. Regarding the delivery times, they were as indicated, the truth is very satisfied, but beyond all the product arrived as it should be despite the journey to the United States. Thank you very much, I am very happy and will continue shopping with you.

Bought a shoei gt air 3. Ordered on Monday, shipped fedex and arrived at my house in the US 2 days later from Italy! Amazing service and got the best deal on this helmet from motostorm Vs any other shoei retailer in Europe.

Exceptional service and prices has been…

Exceptional service and prices has been my experience for five years now.

Delivery has been in some cases a week from Italy to Melbourne.

HJC RPHA91 arrived last week and ixon adv pants arrive today.

As the helmet was not in stock at the time of ordering there was a delay obtaining it from the supplier and I was advised accordingly by Motostorm staff.

I'm not sure why the negative reviews but can only say people love complaining about anything these days.

I ordered 2 Sena R1EVO bike helmets a week ago and the tracking shows no movement. I have emailed 5 times for updates with no response. Eventually replied but BE CAREFUL. Their website has a choose currency option. If you choose anything other than Euros you will get an incorrect exchange rate and it will look cheaper than it actually is. Price it in Euros and use your own Country's conversion rate to get an accurate cost!

a store that does not respect the customer

I ordered a Dainese ls smart jacket on May 29 and paid by card. I received confirmation that the shipment will be on June 4. the order has not been shipped so far. no response to contact attempts. I do not recommend this store to anyone and I will never order anything there again.

The pricing was the best on the net. Despite the item NOT being in stock. I placed the order and it arrived to Chicago within 10 days. Not bad when all the other retailers in the USA were asking for 3-4 weeks delivery for an Arrow Exhaust. Item received well packaged. Would buy from Motostorm again
