Ordered sheoi helmet, visor and sena comm on 18 Dec 24. Items marked as ship within 8 - 12 days and was due to ship 28 Dec 24. No communication since order confirmation email.
It is now 8 jan 25 and have received an update finally after 3 helpdesk requests for information. Items are due to ship 13 Jan 25.

I ordered a black Klim jacket on the 8/1 as it was the only one in stock.
As of today, it has not yet been sent, first time I wrote them, they sluggishly came back with someone would contact Klim, which means they use dropshipping so you cannot use their "In stock" data for anything.
I have since emailed them twice, it's now been 22 days, I do not receive an update, nor a reply back from my enquires.
It seems like Motostorm will not take responsibility for the lack of customer service and engagement when it comes to missing orders.
As Motostorm has not shown due diligence and acted in a reasonable timeframe, the small claims court will be the next step.
I cannot recommend Motostorm due to the fact their ordering system is seriously flawed as well as the lack of responsibility with customer service and engagement with customers

Have yet to get my package and the delivery status hasn’t changed it’s been 3 weeks and nothing has changed. I’ve emailed and tried calling 3 times each and haven’t heard from anyone. Maybe something will change soon. Update they reached out to me about the issue.

It has been a week since I ordered my jacket and I have reached out multiple times to customer service with no response. My order has been stuck on "order in progress" for over a week and I'm not sure how to get any updates on what is going on. I'm starting to worry the lack of communication is bad news.
UPDATE 2: I was contacted that it would ship at the latest December 13th and that I would be contacted when it ships. It is now December 15th and I haven't heard anything since. It has been a roller coaster of an order experience and I have not been able to ride at all in this cold weather. I hope it comes eventually but who knows.
FINAL UPDATE: The package finally came! Once it was shipped it arrived very quickly (3 days). This all seemed as though Motostorm didn't actually have the jacket in stock but I wish this was communicated better. Instead it felt like I was having to complain on here until I got a response from their customer service.

Was skeptical at first, because of the low prices and because it had a helmet in stock that not a lot of other company had in stock, yet arrived in a short amount of time. Trusted site that I will be back too if I ever need something else related.

I purchased a Helite Airbag Vest through Motostorm on November 2nd. Unfortunately, this turned into a regrettable experience marked by delays and unfulfilled promises.
Initially, the notes I included with my order were not acknowledged. Despite waiting for two weeks, I had no updates from Motostorm until I reached out to them. They finally added the two spare cartridges I requested to my order after I paid the additional cost. A few days later, I was informed that the black Helite Airbag Vest I ordered was unavailable, facing significant delays.
I then requested either a refund or an adjustment to another product—the AlpineStars Airbag Vest Offroad—using my payment as credit. I made it clear that I urgently needed the airbag vest for a 5500 km road trip starting in December.
A week later, FedEx contacted me, requiring an additional $328 for customs clearance. I was NEVER advised of this extra cost for the AlpineStars Airbag Vest. I immediately contacted Motostorm to request a refund as the total cost had now ballooned to $1757. I could have purchased the product locally for significantly less.
Fifteen days have passed since then, and FedEx is still holding the product. It never made it through customs, and Motostorm is refusing to issue a refund until they receive the airbag vest back in Italy.
Based on my experience and many similar ones shared in forums and review sites, I strongly advise anyone outside the European Union to think very carefully before purchasing from Motostorm.
I have reported Motostorm to the Italian Consumer Protection Agency, the Australian Office of Fair Trading, the ACCC, and other agencies. They are holding my funds for a product I never received and are refusing to provide a prompt refund. European and Australian Consumer Protection laws enshrine my right to a refund, but this right hasn't been respected by Motostorm.
Five weeks after placing my order, I am roughly $1500 out of pocket with no airbag vest to protect me on my upcoming adventure.
So, as you consider Motostorm's likely reply, pay close attention. If their response doesn’t assure an immediate refund, think twice about what could happen to you.

Motostorm have repeatedly lied, charged me extra, not told me items weren't in stock as advertised, and have then not delivered the airbag vest I purchased. Now refusing to refund me my $1500 even though I never received the item as they tried to make me pay an ADDITIONAL $300 to just get it through customs
Do NOT purchase Airbag vests through these guys if you live in any country outside the EU. The price they advertise is not correct.
Update- Motostorm.it received my order on the 2nd November, NOT the 12th as they stated. They have been reported to the ACCC, Office of Fair Trading, and Italian Consumer Watchdog.

I just moved from 2 years in Vicenza Italy, but (stupidly) DID NOT buy a set of Italian MOTO leathers from Alpinestars or Daniese (which was only 4km from my house), while I was in Italy., So I just ordered a 2-piece IXON Vortex 3 jacket & pants set from MOTOSTORM. I decided I needed a bigger size, so I contacted customer service and (Carol) adjusted the order immediately. They came from IXON in France in 7 days, and MOTOSTORM shipped them out straight-away. 4 days later they were at my door via FEDEX International Express. MOTORSTORM had the best price, and certainly the best customer service! The IXON leathers arrived brand new (with tags), are in perfect condition, and were a STEAL at this price when compared to Alpinestars and Daniese! BUY FROM MOTOSTORM - YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!!
Great prices. Poor communications. Ordered tank bag on Aug 31st, auto-generated order confirmation received with ship date of Sept 12th. Ship date came and went with no further updates, I inquired three times asking for any info, no response. Finally, they notified of new ship date: Sept 20th. Once shipped it arrived quickly. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but the lack of responses to direct inquiries scares me a little. A little after my initial order I emailed them about a helmet I also wanted to buy. I received no response and its been over three weeks. I purchased elsewhere.

I ordered an airbag vest from them. It was supposed to arrive two days ago. Still just says order processing. I sent an email to their customer service yesterday. No response. I called the customer service phone line, but it was in Italian. I am getting a little nervous because they already charged my card and it was almost 600 dollars. Please contact me Motostorm!
Edit: I did receive the product. It took much longer than I hoped and unfortunately I received no communication from their customer support apart from this review response.

I ordered a helmet from this website and it was supposed to ship 10 days ago (September 7) I have emailed many many times with no response and I have called multiple times and still nothing. I am very unhappy with service I have received. I am getting a bike this weekend and I can’t even ride it until I get it. (If it even comes)
