I ordered a Helite e-turtle vest competitively priced. The vest was despatched promptly and I was able to track the parcel to northern Sweden where GLS-Schenker delivery systems then lost it for 10 days. Not Motostorm's fault. Motostorm's customer service answered the phone and followed up. I got the delayed parcel and all ended well.

I've emailed twice asking for an update and have not gotten a reply.
Tried calling internationally (im in Australia) and no answer.

Order reference #742972 I placed two orders with motostorm and have been trying a few times to contact them to make a adjustment to one of my orders and check availability of the pants. However I have not gotten any replies.
This has drove me to check out there reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence.wish I had done that first.this has left me concerned about my orders and wondering if to try and contact them through PayPal as this was my payment method.

now I have waited for 3 weeks for a response and sent 4 emails and no response other than that we are investigating the matter. got a wrong front visor and it shouldn't be difficult with the pictures I've sent that something is completely wrong. in Denmark, where I come from, you always get a response within 1-2 days, this is normal customer service

I think it's wrong for them to sell things that aren't available in stock. When I bought it, it said it would be shipped within 24 hours. It's been a month since I bought a helmet and I still haven't received my order. And they always blame the manufacturer.

I ordered an exhaust for my motorcycle from this company earlier in the month and it was expected to ship last week. I have had 0 updates. The company will not respond to my messages. Thankfully I paid through paypal.

The purchase and delivery was seamless. However after a week I received a invoice bill from FedEx their courier for £56, of which £46 was vat, now a motorcycle helmet is zero vat rated in the UK! Also rather concerningly I had an email from FedEx another bill for a zero vat rated item from chromeburner, from whom I didn't purchase anything. Something is not right here !!!
I was unsure of buying because of the mixed reviews. And just because I was suspicious of the almost $400 price drop compared to Revzilla. But I ordered off the super speed 4 off them and had it shipped to California. They shipped it within 24 hours like they said and it came in within 4 business days of buying. There also wasn’t any customs duty that FedEx had me pay so people experiencing duty customs fees are probably due to different state tax regulations. Overall it was fast and cheap especially considering it had to be shipped from Italy but that’s probably alot of props to FedEx international aswell. I would definitely buy again because they have a lot more variety in stock compared to the warehouse stock of Revzilla/other US based websites that share the same warehouse stock
I am satisfied with service provided by Motostorm. I am foreigner & traveling to Italy for short time. I ordered few items online & asked to send to hotel. Motostorm just did a good job and very helpful to make my order arrived just in time. The customer service have intensive communication with me and gave updates of the order's progress. Finally, the orders arrived on time, I received all the products and very happy with that. I have received all products in good condition and no doubt for the quality. I recommend Motostorm and will buy again in the future.
Worst customer service I have ever witness. No response to email, responses do not address questions being asked. Could not return an item ordered immediately upon receiving that wasn't never opened.

Still waiting for a helmet I ordered about a month ago. It is now weeks past the expected delivery date. I have sent multiple messages through their contact us link. And have received no update. For some context I am ordering from the US.

I ordered an exhaust pipe from this shop on March 14th. Their website clearly stated that the item would ship within 7 days. Once the 7 days had passed, the order status was still stuck on “order in progress.”
After multiple emails, I was finally told that they would receive the item in the first week of April and would ship it out immediately after. Today is the date they were supposed to send it—but guess what? The status is still “in progress” and once again, no communication from them despite several follow-up emails.
Please stay away from this shop. While they may offer competitive prices, their lack of communication is unacceptable, and the product availability shown on their website is clearly misleading. Not worth the frustration.

Reply: Are you for real? Assisted me???? I had to make a dispute claim with PayPal because you were ignoring my emails. Yous didn’t assist me or help me at all. PayPal did, yous dropped the ball and got scared, simple.
Absolute terrible experience with this company, from selling used items as ‘Brand New’ to no replies at all from emails. Had to finally get PayPal support to step in and within seconds they start replying back to me. Returned the item and still haven’t received a refund. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend buying from here at ALL.

I have recently bought online from them two items:
- T211486 - Spidi Tronik Jacket Net Size: M
- J74536 - Spidi Stretch Tex Pants extreme black Size: M
When I received the parcel, found out the pants were far too small, despite were labeled size M, the hips measurement on them found to be 10 cm less than the minimum given on Motostorm corresponding size chart. When I asked them to accept the return of pants on their expense as being their fault presenting a wrong size chart, they refused, saying that the chart it's orientative. So I made the return on my expense as the pants were useless for me. More than that, when they refund my money on my credit card, they paid back less by 90 cents...it's not about the amount but the principles.
This is not as an online shop should be, their license should be redrawed.
