Product filters and displays could be improved and streamlined.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, identical style. They both have my correct size on the jeans.
One pair fits like it should, the other pair is not even close…completely different size in actuality. This is exactly why I dislike mail order purchasing….

Absolutely ridiculous that you only get a credit for international returns. You need to make it more clear on your website. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering again.

With basically no notice or warnings, I received a notice from Canada Post that I needed to go to their location and pick up the two pairs of jeans I ordered. I was very surprised to find out I needed to pay an additional $126 just to pick them up. In total I ended up paying about $300 for two pairs of jeans. My issue was NOT being warned about these extra charges. I emailed them (Mott & Bow) but received no reply.

First class operation

Received tees-, thin, flimsy fabric was a complete disappointment. As I attempted to concern I discovered refunds were not offered, only store credit. Given the poor quality of the goods I am not interested in receiving anything else from Mott & Bow and feel as though I am the victim of a bait and switch scam. Will strive to dissuade others from the same experience.

Product was awesome and checking out on line was very easy.

Material is great as always; however the last four pairs I have ordered are all about one to one and a half inches longer than the first pair I ever ordered even though they are supposed to be the same length and are all slim fit style. Which means extra money spent to tailor a pair of supposedly higher end jeans.

Excellent and comfortable fit. These are some of my favorite jeans now!! Quality is great.

Fabric wasn’t what I expected

The website itself was not as much of an issue as the product itself. One of the T-shirts I ordered did not hold its size after I have washed it. Very disappointing! Especially for the price point! It is so short that it would not begin to cover my mid drift.

Xl wasn’t an xl, more a large.

I was waiting for my package of tshirts to arrive so that I could try one on. The drigger for the long torso that has the curved bottom. Perfect look, feel & fit. I immediately ordered another 6-pack & took my slightly used TRUE CLASSICS (12 T’s) & ‘gifted’ all of them to my younger son with a shorter torso because I knew my next Mott & Bow order would arrive before my next laundry day.
