Maybe these T-shirts might suit someone, but not me. I'm taller (189 cm - which is not too much) and even if you choose the XXL size, the T-shirts are still very short. When you raise your arms, your entire stomach is visible. I don't understand why companies that deal with this can't also have an "extended length" option. Another negative for me is that the T-shirts are very thin.

I wanted to return the jeans because I do not like the fit. Only at that time did I find out 1. That I can only return for a credit and 2. That the cost to return them was at least £27. I then exchanged about 6 emails with a person (maybe a bot) in your customer service who did not address my issue . I will never order anything from your company again

Looks and fits great

Product is great. Fit is exactly as I expected.

Jeans are very comfortable and a great fit. Arrived as expected ad in good time.

I was very disappointed. Even though the sizing is labelled 32x30 slim fit, the pants were more like 36x34. I was swimming in the jeans. It’s really unfortunate the jeans were a let down, I thought I discovered a special brand as I am a very loyal repeat customer. I have returned my jeans and hope the return experience won’t continue to disappoint.

Returning…fit not good

Never received the T Shirt I ordered. Emailed twice and got auto replies each time and told (on auto) to wait 24 hours. Feel disappointed and a bit fobbed off. Still waiting to hear (48 hours and counting) if there will be a replacement sent or a refund. Note, this was for a Birthday too, so it’s a double disappointment really.

I ordered a pair of slim fit jeans fir my husband. They were great color and quality but fit was baggy in the legs. SO, I paid the fee to return the slims and waited to receivethe refund gift card. I immediately cashed it in to make a separate order for a pair of skinny jeans. They have nor arrived yet, but we are hopeful! In all of this, the inability to make an EXCHANGE transaction complicated my life. Thanks for asking! - CCH

I used the guidelines for what size I wanted and it said medium. It should have been a large!

Shirts were not good quality. I was promised sliming, skimming, thicker fabric, but I got 2 cheap clingy shirts. So disappointing

Terrible, slow delivery.

I have purchased pants from this company before. And they fit great. I ordered 3 pairs and had to send them back as they were too small. The second order in a larger size is also too small. Does not make sense to me as the first pair fit great

The jeans I bought were as described and fit very well. The main issue I had was understanding the difference between the multitude of different choices which I found to be difficult to navigate.

Minimum number of clicks required to find the items I was looking for. Easy to order the specific items selected.

As a 3XL shorter guy, these shirts fit perfectly. I bought four !!! Live the fit !!!

I ordered three different colored T-shirts. One said champagne. It turned out to be light pink. I was disappointed the T-shirts fit great they feel great, but I thought I’d get champagne and not pink.

It's very difficult to order pants online. My first jeans order was the same size and style as every other pair of jeans I own. They did not fit, too tight in the waist and the wrong color. I returned and ordered again adding an inch in the waist. The new pair is now a bit too big in the waist and too long, although the correct color. Bottom line, I'd buy these jeans again if I could try them on in a store, but never again online.

I asked them to stop promotional e-mails and they responded quickly and appropriately.

Very good quality. I like how the neck fits. Usually wear a medium but it was a bit too snug in the fitted shirt I got. Other style was fine in medium. So, good to know not to purchase fitted. Otherwise very happy with quality and delivery time.
